The day before my appointment i’m asked to call Aspen to confirm my appointment for the following day. I do so and the lady on the phone is very nice and tells me they’ll see my tomorrow. Now today i show up well before my appointment and try to walk in at the suggested 15 minutes beforehand, and the door is locked. I sat outside calling for 15 minutes until i decided to just give up and leave. This plus the huge amount of trash littered outside the building will keep me AWAY from here. 👎

Do NOT go to them for dentures. They assured me that if I had any problems with the dentures that I could come in and they would fix them. So I went ahead and paid them $3000 to have them make them. Now about a month later I've tried to start using them and they don't fit right, they seem to be too big and they hurt me. Called them today to come in and see about making adjustments or whatever is necessary, nope sorry we can't see you until September. So I have a set of $3000 dentures that I can't use and they will not help. Steer way clear of them.

Started my first appointment with them in June to have new full upper denture plate and bottom partial plate made. By September my partial plate made and the dentist couldn't even get it to fit in my mouth, so I got a refund, my upper denture plate was fitted in November and it didn't fit either, kept going back until the end of January. They kept making appointments month apart for adjustments to my upper denture plate, I finally decided that they don't know how to make things fit and told them I wouldn't not be coming back, out of pocket $1500. They clearly don't know how to make denture or partial plates fit. I have had many plates made throughout my life and know it doesn't take months and months to make them. I wouldn't use them for any partials or dentures to be made.

Dr. Despina, Alyssa and Kathy were excellent!! The staff as a whole was excellent!! 10/10 would recommend!! I'm not too keen on going to the dentist, but I feel comfortable here. UPDATE!! I got 7 teeth pulled and an upper denture put in today 4/16/2021 and I did not feel a thing!! My denture feels great and it was all over before I knew it! EXCELLENT experience!!

Positive experience overall. Very clean. Receptionist welcoming. DA and hygienist very nice and explained all procedures being completed. Loved Dr. Shingala! She was very welcoming, answered all my questions, and gave great explanations. She did not rush in and out as some dentists I have used in the past. She understood I currently do not have dental insurance and I felt was honest in what treatments she thought I needed now and what could wait. Office manager Alyssa understood as well and gave me a great explanation of costs. Only partial negatives were the lobby was hot, but only due to the sun setting and direction of the front of building. And a little bit of slower wait times, but not too bad. Love that they do later appointments for those who work 8-5. Will definitely recommend to the rest of my friends and family!

I hadn't seen a dentist in 2 or 3 years and was very self conscious going in, feeling ashamed of any and all issues they would find with my teeth. However, the staff, hygienist, and dentist all made me feel better. I have some issues, and while they did a great job getting the severity of the issues across to me, they also did a fantastic job of not making me feel embarrassed or ashamed. We have a very manageable plan in place now, and I look forward to having the best smile of my life! Thank you Aspen Dental!

I walked into my apt., the front receptionist was on the phone so I patiently waited. I heard "name" being called out and I wasn't positive it was directed towards me because the lady saying it was facing away from me, I said my name, she didn't say a word....there was no "welcome" or "how can I help you". She walks up to the front desk, doesn't make eye contact, says "I show its 145", I didn't know what she meant? At first I thought she was saying my apt time was at 1:45. I asked thats how much I owe? She said yes. I paid in cash and she was upset that I didn't have exact change, asked me a second time for exact change as if it would magically appear in my wallet. She was obviously disgruntled as she looked in her purse to give me change. Handed me my change, didn't say a word, no receipt nothing. I took x-rays and the dentist took two seconds to look and told me I would need a root canal with low chances it would work. Proceeded to leave the room, I stopped her to ask for an Alternative and she said the root canal would be the best. The same rude front desk lady gives me a sheet of paper with a price she did not go over payment plans or even care credit. I will never go here again. The next day I went to family smiles for less than half the price they said my tooth was too damaged for a root canal, and they wouldn't even suggest it. Aspen dental is a scam.
