My first visit to any dentist office and I am so happy I went to this location. The doc and office staff were so easy going but professional and explained everything and made sure I understood the process and if I felt any pain to let them know. Once I did.. I was given more pain meds. Having a tooth pulled never thought it would be so easy and pain free. I am truley thankful. Thanks Laura

This is a terrible place. They can't get young children in for 6 MONTHS and then reschedule your appointments at the last minute and make them wait weeks longer. Their wait times are hours, you wait in the I'm waiting room, you wait in the back for a consult, they don't even do anything on the first visit, and then you wait for your estimate. They also take advantage of people who have braces and do unnecessary procedures that the insurance won't cover. Go somewhere else, where they care about their patients and aren't just trying to rip you off.

The office is very friendly, smiles everywhere. Once there the waiting period is not too long, and the dentist show a genuine concern for all my dental needs, they are gental and ask me if I am doing well while doing the dental needs I have. The staff there are so good about explaing the proceedures, they are awesome!! Best expierence in a dental office.

I made my husband an appointment 2 weeks in advance. We got to his appointment about 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. After filling out paper we sat and waited for an hour, after an hour the receptionist called us to the desk and told us we were gonna have to reschedule because they had run out of clean instruments. HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF CLEAN INSTRUMENTS IF YOU KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE YOU HAVE SCHEDULED!? My husband lost half a day at work and all they could tell us was sorry, come back another day.

This is is regarding the TV commercial from Aspen which features someone who claims to be a 100% disabled veteran who is very happy about what Aspen charges him for dental work. NEWSFLASH! All 100% disabled vets get FREE dental work from the VA. I should know, because I am one. he also states: " My rank from the military was retired Sgt. Major." No one who is real talks like that. When he was ( if he was ) in the military his rank was Sgt. Major, period. Not , retired Sgt. Major. Plus, you don't say " my rank from the military". You state what branch of service it was. The Marine Corps, and the Army are the only branches that have Sgt. Major as a rank. This commercial is a complete lie! I would not trust a company, " Aspen Dental," that put this made up " veteran," on TV.

I feel like the receptionist is very unfriendly, she never greets anyone that comes in the door but I really like all the dentist I have seen there and they have helped with the anxiety of going to the dentist. They also have really great prices which is what really keeps me coming back.

My dental visit started off fine and took a turn for the worse during the exam. They told me I had periodontal disease and three cavities. In order to fix this I would have to get a deep cleaning every three months... The price for these cleanings was very high. I got a second opinion and found out that I do not have that disease and that I was also cavity free.

They are very professional. Some of the staff are friendlier than others. It was a very expensive experience but they work with a payment plan of course. It's been a very long time since my last dental exam and take the fault of my negligence.

I visited this place to finally, get my pearly whites started and I, must confess I'm scared of dentist but Aspen, changed my fear of thinking. Everyone I encountered was friendly, from the front door, to the end of my visit. Thanks Aspen for helping me, fear no more I'm looking forward to ,getting worked on so I can smile again.

Dr. Fey is an amazing woman. She took the time to explain everything. The rest of the staff were also pleasant and respectful. If I had the money, I would have my orthopedic work done here.
