My procedure lasted over 2 hours. Dr. Neubert and her assistant took great care of me. They both were friendly and caring. I was relaxed the entire time and they let me know every step of the way what was going to happen and what to expect. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

I went in yesterday to see Dr. Neubert. This was my first appointment with real life dental. I have extreme dental anxiety, to the point of even crying yesterday. Not once did any of the staff or Dr. Neubert make me feel anything but comfortable and reassured. They were all wonderful! During the appointment Dr Neubert gave me reassurance and went over everything she was doing. I was a nervous wreck coming into the appointment but by the time I left I knew I had found a dentist office I could be comfortable with. I am very thankful for everyone at the office.

Want to give a shout out to the entire team from Damon to Dr. Hof, Brandy, Tara, and the many others that greeted me today. Broke a tooth off at the beach last week. The dental team reached out after hours to share how to mitigate the significant abrasion to the tongue I was experiencing from the where the tooth broke. They made room for me prior to my regularly scheduled cleaning today to assess the damage and determine the appropriate course of action.
Dr. Hof and Brandy made a very high maintenance dental patient who really panics whenever I go to the dentist very comfortable. They honored by request to not position me on the floor as I am quite claustrophobic. Having both cervical and lumbar fusion surgery the made sure the pillows contributed to my comfort. They talked to me throughout the procedure from prepping the tooth to creating the digital impression of the crown to the milling of the crown to actually placing the perfect fit in my mouth. From start to finish in less than three hours which included the cleaning I was on my way.
These were truly artists at work. Professional and caring with a personal touch. I have nothing but accolades for this practice the the excellent care I received
