I have extreme anxiety attached to dentist because of childhood trauma and drama. These people are extremely patient, caring and understanding. My hygenist would stop when I flinched and ask if it was pain or discomfort. Never once did she show any annoyance or frustration (it's happened in the past in other offices). She offered me numbing mouthwash to assist me; both for pain and anxiety. She explained everything that was going on which also calmed my nerves. The dentist was also very caring and nice when he came in, offering solutions to a couple of other things and no judgement given at all when I declined. I was not lectured or guilt tripped about my dental habits, just encourgement and suggestions to help develop better habits. Adults with any anxiety-this is your place to go.

My Real Life Dental hygienist (Baileigh) always does a excellent job of cleaning, imaging, and other teeth related matters. She also is good at educating me on how to maintain my teeths health. The whole Real Life Dental operation is efficient, helpful, and makes dental appointments a pleasant process.

I have had an amazing experience over the past year with Dr. Hofrichter and his assistant, Brandy! About a year ago, Dr. Hofrichter discovered that a tooth of mine was going to need to be pulled. Many years ago, the tooth in question was hit and chipped and, because of this trauma, was now dying. Needless to say, I was not happy to hear this. Having a tooth pulled is not fun and this tooth happened to be a front tooth! Luckily, I was in excellent hands. Dr. Hofrichter, together with Brandy and Dr. John Buyer at New River Periodontics, worked to replace the dying tooth with a beautiful implant and crown. My family has always teased me about my “picture smile”, the same smile in EVERY picture. I doubt, unless they read this, that they would notice ANY difference in my smile. I so appreciate the care, professionalism and skill of these dentists. I would highly recommend Dr. Hofrichter to anyone. He is gentle, patient, and wants the best for his patients. His right hand assistant, Brandy, is also amazing!

I paid for one visit for my grand-daughter and told them not to charge my card again. It was a one time payment! They have charged me a total of $600 after I told them I am not the responsible party for the patient! I told them to take my card off file and refund the money they were not authorized to charge me! I cannot get them to answer the phone now or get a call back!!! I would not recommend going to real life dental if you do not want to be charged for something you are not responsible for!!
