Everyday Life
I called on the first week of January to schedule an appointment in February and I asked if they took my insurance, which they said they did. For them to end up telling me on the day of the appointment that they did not take my insurance and now I have to wait another 3 months to be seen by a dentist.

Terrible. Had a botched root canal. The doc said he would refund me but never did. It's a chain and that's how you're treated. Now I have to pay even more to have it fixed by someone else. They also claim its against their morals to clean your teeth without performing periodontal treatment. It's just a money grab. Shameless company. I can't stand this place.

I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone I myself had a very great experience the only thing I could say about them is that they could be a little faster than getting one in and out other than that the staff was very friendly knowledgeable courteous I can't say enough of how well they treated me

They are wonderful at what they do. They talk you through every step so you know what to expect next. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room nor have I had to wait for the doctor to show up and begin his work. They provide wonderful service on your teeth. The entire staff and crew are truly amazing people. They really do care about your happiness and that was proven with me when I ended up with several issues awhile back.
I had several issues with my treatment plan cost etc and wasn’t happy about it, after their website google review team saw my original post, they immediately contacted The location I had service done and informed the office manager of my issue. To my surprise, I received a call and email from the office manager expressing deep concern about my problem. She was adamant about resolving the problem. When we finally met, she gave me her complete undivided attention and showed deep sincere feelings and apologized to me several times. She didn’t make me feel rushed or a nuisance to her schedule. She actually cared about resolving everything and wanted to make sure I understand what she was explaining. She offered to bring the doctor into the office for any further explanation but I didn’t feel that it was necessary because she was explaining everything to me well enough. We discussed my options and several avenues I could take according to my budget. In the end, she made me feel much better about my treatment plan, I felt like we got to the bottom of everything, she even showed me the different types of crownings available and printed off my x-rays so I could have copies for myself. Overall, I’m very pleased with our meeting and I really appreciate her taking the time to make me feel important and my issues was dealt with urgency.

They explained everything in detail and gave me reasoning behind each decision as well as explaining all cost features and helping me come to a solution that is manageable for myself and my family. Everyone who I spoke to was wonderful from Madi at the front desk to Sarah explaining finances to Dr. Becker herself and Everyone in between!

The employees and service at this place was amazing very helpful and getting me an appointment set up To have a tooth fixed I didn't have to wait everyone had a smile on their face And seem very concerned about my well be in I would recommend this place to anybody that has any time to work that needs be done

We have been dealing with them for almost 2 years. We keep giving them opportunities because we are already 25k+ deep and don’t want to pay even more to have someone else fix their mistakes. The pain of having dental mistakes made or living weeks with work half done because of poor planning on the dentist’s part is excruciating in its own right. To add insult to injury today an appointment that was scheduled for 3 hadn’t even begun until 6. After sitting in the vehicle with 2 toddlers for 3.5 hours waiting to pick up my SO, only to realize that they have barely started, I’m a little upset to say the least. This type of behavior is a common occurrence. There is no communication and when there is communication, it is all contradictory. A person shouldn’t need a law degree to understand what to expect from their dental care. I feel like we have been lied to at times just to get us moving to the next phase just to extract a bit more cash. The staff doesn’t seem to care much about the patients or their needs. Im sure they see these results of poor management every day and have become numb to it. I’m glad some people have had good experiences. I wish I could give a glowing review, but I simply have nothing nice to say about our experience.

I was so disappointed today. Your office shows up on Google search as taking well care Medicaid, I made an appointment today only to find out once I'm there that you don't take it. I'm unemployed with no income and can't afford your services. I know I need dental work.
