They got me in quickly, and the woman that did the x-rays was wonderful. However, that’s all that I can say that is good about this place. I saw 4 different people while I waited. And the hygienist tried to shame me into coming back. She was rude and I felt like I was constantly part of a sales pitch. Then when the appointment was over and I was checking out to leave, they told me I needed fillings and the out-of-pocket cost was going to be $900!!! Mind you, I have had my share of dental work before and never had to pay that much. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed with anesthesia for $650 out-of-pocket at another facility. Needless to say I will not be back and I will do my best to sway anyone else that is considering Aspens Dental. It is one big marketing scheme with very little care given to the patient.

Everyone is absolutely amazing and friendly here. They where compassionate, knowledgeable, and have great technology to identify underlying issues. I will be a dedicated customer indefinitely. The only reason for my 4 stars is because I felt a little pressured into buying everything. However, it's their job and can't discredit it too much.
Thank you for all your help. I look forward to working with you all for my dental needs.

My visit was wonderful. Everyone was so nice and informative. Madi, Ali, Sarah, and Dr. Harmouche made my experience pleasant. Dr. Harmouche is extremely informative and explains his treatment thoroughly. He believes in preventative care instead of waiting until it is too late, which is much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to anyone!

I went in for tooth pain around a previously capped tooth. I was told my first visit was completely free. I had x-rays and was taken to
a room. I was than told I would need the tooth pulled, a implant and periodontal treatment for my gums all totaling $9100. I was taken into a
room where I felt pressured and didn't know what to do. they offered to see if i qualified for Care Credit and said they could check without effecting my credit, so i said okay let at
least see if thats an option. She said i was approved. After i left the office i immediately had second thoughts and tried to call them. Left several voicemails and no one called me back. The work was scheduled to begin 2/5 at 8am. Before this appointment i received a bill from Care Credit saying i was charged an initial $5100 and My insurance was also
charged $1000. How can they charge
for services not rendered yet? I called for 4
days in row and no one called me
back and i finally cancelled appt because i
dont like how they handled
this! I called Care Credit, My
insurance and emailed Aspen Dental Corp. All they
care about is up selling and selling things you dont need!

The receptionist and the the lady that dealt with the billing were super friendly and helpful, as well as the hygienist that that helped with my extractions... that’s where it ends.
It started as my first time ever going to a dentist... I was super nervous and had no idea what to expect. The bite wing X-rays are no fun, but I’m sure that is universal. The cleaning was uncomfortable... I had an extraction and a filling scheduled at the same time as my cleaning. I had inquired about sedation for this visit, I was told that they didn’t offer sedation.. I was not told at this visit that I could be given Valium, which would have helped because I was nervous and anxious the whole time. This extraction and filling was too terrible but I will never again have any work done without some sort of sedation.
Thankfully this extraction didn’t give me any major complications and the hygienist asked if I had been advised that I had other teeth that needed to be extracted... for one, why wasn’t I advised of this when I had the other tooth pulled?
I had three impacted wisdom teeth, one was growing sideways... and she told me the dentist was CONFIDENT he could take care of them.
I came in for this visit and I felt he was rushed in giving the local anesthetic, it hurt way more than the previous visit. After being tugged and prodded, and even sawed on the dentist left the room.
The hygienist told me there were complications and referred me to an oral surgeon.
While I waited for my appointment with the oral surgeon I developed a horrible infection and was in pain for several days.
I then found out that he should never have attempted such an extraction, let alone do it while I was fully awake. Very very negligent!

The staff is very friendly, for that reason I have to give atleast 3 stars. For the fact that one day I was scheduled at 2pm, I showed up at 1:45, called and left message that I was here and what car I'm in. Still no phone answer by 2pm. So I walked in to use the restroom (I'm pregnant. And simply cannot hold it 😂). Front desk was on the phone explaining that lunch just ended and she was about to go through the messages. So I explained to her that I had already left a message and I was going to use the restroom. I went back out to my car to wait. And 20 minutes passed, so I decided to call and see how much longer it would be. She said that I never checked in and they could not squeeze me in. LIVID. I made. a new appointment for 3 days later. Today is that third day and I have been waiting in the parking lot for 45 minutes. And they're sorry about the wait. For this reason. They will not get a five star from me. ASPEN DENTAL. Work on time management and scheduling people. And listening to messages. That's ridiculous!!!

I've had a very wonderful experience. Dr H understood my anxiety. The office staff was very helpful when we would go for appointments. Sara was very helpful as well. Toshia Weaver is the best . She has made me so comfortable. When I go in the office for appointments and Toshia is the person I get . My anxiety is very minimal. Toshia listen to my concerns and has treated me with the up most respect. I feel like Toshia is an very important part of the office

This was my first visit. I followed the directions left on the door. Someone came and got me checked in. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant. The X-ray technician was knowledgeable and spent a little extra time due to my pain level tolerance. The doctor was cordial and explained everything in detail. Overall a very good experience.

I have never been to a dentist where the WHOLE staff was friendly, gentle, & willing to work with you. The office manager was a blessing to me, I dont know what I would have done without her help. The dentist that pulled my tooth was so gentle, & made sure I was comfortable & not in any kind of pain, while he was extracting my tooth. Aspen Dental, is where I will go from now on, for my oral care.
