Every member of the staff i came into contact with including Madi were very professional and considerate of my pain. It makes a difference to have that kind of treatment prior to seeing the doctor. Aspen dental will set me up with dentures if i live long enough. Thank you all!

Tosha, Misti and every other employee that I came into contact with (sorry guys I’m bad with names) did an absolutely awesome job. I’m one of those people that rarely post reviews but I had to give them a review after my experience today. They deserve a 10/10 for the service I received. Most informative and friendliness staff I’ve experienced at a Dentist office.

Madi, the front representative was very nice and helpful. Ali, was very sociable and very nice, Misti, very nice and gentle . Dr. Harmouche was very nice and explained everything very well. He answered any questions I had and explained every situation. Sarah, was very nice and put things as i could understand them. Very helpful on the payment part. Overall this group was AWESOME!! And very nice and helpful with any questions I had. I recommend them to anyone that needs a good dentist.

I took my 81 yr. old father to Aspen Dental to get a broken jaw tooth pulled. Everyone we dealt with there was kind and respectful to him. They took x-rays, then Dr. Harmouche examined him and recommended a treatment plan (He was going to need more than just the tooth pulled). Sarah, the office manager explained the options and costs without being pushy about a particular course of action for further treatment. My father then paid the bill for the tooth extraction which was very reasonable (She also gave him a discount!) Then Dr. Harmouche pulled the broken tooth and we were on our way. We were very satisfied with our visit and will go back for further treatment.

This has by far been the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I paid up front all cash 2,000.00 my first appt. Every appt after that they tried to say I owed them more money. In the end they ended up writing me a check for over 700$ that I had overpaid them. I had to throw a fit to get my money back. This place is a joke and a scam. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NOR WILL I VIST ASPEN DENTAL EVER AGAIN.

Aspen is a cooperate chain and it shows on almost all levels of their services. The only exception is the sweet girls working in the front.

1. Front Desk/Reception/Booking- It was fairly easy to get an appointment and soon. (especially when I needed to come back asap when they messed up my teeth). Receptionists were very friendly and easy to work with. They are great.

2. Hygienist was friendly. I do hate that the whole purpose of the hygienist is basically to upsell you on cosmetics. Feels scammy. I know its not her fault though she is doing what cooperate asks of her (make $$). I don't go to the doctor to hear a 10 minute speech on spending thousands on cosmetics. I just want my teeth fixed.

3. THE DIRTY NEVERENDING WAIT - I had to sit for an uncomfortably long amount of time (about 45mins- 1hr) waiting for...well...no one could tell me why I was still waiting. I also spent this time looking around at the DIRTY office. There was trash on the floor, walls and equipment were thick dusty and needed painting/scuffed. I could get over dirty walls -but seeing thick dust on the machine that goes into your mouth and the equipment you sit on and look up at was kind of icky. I still left that room not understanding why I waited about an hour for....????? I have some picture of the dirt I may add later...

4. PROCEDURES
- My cleaning went fine, this was great.
-I came back a second stay (office still dirty) for the fillings. This was painful and the doctor was rude and impatient. Patience and kindness are essential to preforming medical procedures. Mouth bones are no different, you are still a doctor. I would call the BBB if this was any other doctors office.
- I came back for a third visit because my fillings were not shaped correctly and my mouth hurt. I couldn't eat right or sleep from how misaligned they were. When I thought It couldn't get any worse this new doctor was even more rude, short, and rushed!
He did "fix" the issue at hand, but ever since then I have had extreme sensitivity to hot/cold foods and liquids specifically on the teeth they worked on.
It has been 6 months so this is not a 'give it time' issue. I'm suspicious that I have exposed tooth from filing down. I know I cannot go back to Aspen though and they were the only locals to accept my insurance. Now I'm trapped with tooth pain that prevents me eating/drinking.

5. Billing-The woman in billing was kind. Unfortunate she has a job where she has to sell you up just like the hygienist did. A slave to the cooperate greed I suppose.
To ASPEN though- What kind of company makes you pay BEFORE the procedure?? The billing dept- or really the whole process- feels more like a sales pitch at a car dealer than a evaluation at a medical facility.
Also folks, care credit can impact your credit score. I saw reviews saying they were told it wouldn't. Yes, it can. It is literally a credit card.

Overall, don't go here unless you MUST. Even then, maybe don't.

The male doctor I saw was great and the nurse I had was also great but. I think they need a person just for calling for prescriptions. I got 4 teeth pulled today I was out of the office by 1pm. They did not call my prescription in until 3:25pm. There is no reason they should allow one of there patients to be in pain and wait till after they close to call a prescription in. I waited in town for a little over 2 hours after I was released and then went back to Aspen dental and told the doctor that I saw walking around in the office that he still has not called my prescription In and That I’m in a lot of pain. He proceeded to tell me that he would and he was busy going from patient to patient. That they usually just call in prescriptions at the end of the day. I just feel that is not a okay way for it to be especially if they had a morning appointment. Making them wait all day till they could get medicine

Absolutely wonderful! I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and everyone was so nice and calm. Will definitely come back for any future needs

I've never experienced a more positive environment. All staff members were beyond kind and the finance lady helped me figure out a payment plan that best fit my budget! I had to wait a little longer than expected but they all apologized for my wait and got me in and out as fast as possible with short staff and two emergency walk ins.

Called in to confirm appointment since they require a verbal one. Was put on hold for over ten minutes and had to hang up to answer another call. So I called later, left a message (since they were closed) to confirm my appointment. Then I show up and they said I had no appointment and needed to make a new one-after I waited 3 weeks for this one. Definitely not coming back and would not suggest this place to anyone.
