Great experience!! Had a tooth emergency and they got me in the very next morning. Toshia was so helpful and professional! She went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable!

I had a 8:30am appt. and I was seen until 10am and then had to wait to see the doctor
another 30mins. and didn't spend but 5mins.
with. They were nice people but you their time of being taken care of takes a long time.
I guess cause I was new.
I am going to let them do the dental work that I have to have done, and that starts 4/28/21
at 8:30am, I like getting it done early.
After they complete the work I can get a better Idea if I would prefer them to anybody.
Time wait was my biggest deal. First impressions are what should matter.
I never got I'm sorry you had to wait so long,
Or we will be with you as soon as we can.
I actually started to leave.
Sorry so negative, but that was my experience.

Everyone was so attentive to my care and made me feel like part of the family. Definitely recommend especially if you have anxiety about the dentist!

These people don't care at all about you. I took my mom here and her first set of dentures she got broke because theybwere the wrong size. Then they had the audacity to say that they don't have to fix them but they will be nice and fix them. We'll they kept switching dentists and just keep making new molds after new molds and nothing is ever getting done. It's been 2 months and still they are not done. Waste of 1600 that they just get to keep. Absolutely a scam.

My first visit to Aspen...it couldn't have been a more relaxing and pleasant experience! I would highly recommend the Delray Beach location for anyone in So Florida.

Both the office mgr. Emily and my dentist Dr Emily (no, I don't think having the first name "Emily" is a job requirement) were the epitome of professionalism!

I have never experienced such a good time at a dentist! Every single staff from intake clerk, to xray tech, to dental assistants, dentist, to the office manager was kind, polite,thorough, easy to talk to, and caring! It was the most thorough and complete exam I've ever had. I was informed about the very underrated dangers of oral cancer, consulted with the dentist which he was very informative and he patiently and happily answered all my questions. The office manager really helped breakdown cost and procedures so i understood everythimg then even helped guide me to getting some insurance I thought I wasn't eligible for! I'll be going back for my cleanings and such bc I was really treated with respect and felt informed. The offices were clean with the best technology and staff! I highly recommend Aspen dental!

The staff at Aspen Dental are knowledgeable and answer my concerns. In addition to being friendly, they make the experience as painless as possible. There are no long waits because they are efficient while keeping a relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend Aspen Dental.

The worst place I've ever been. Horrible tooth pain but I went to a different Aspen dental in Illinois a couple years ago and it went well so I made an appointment here for 11:45AM. Waited 2 weeks for my appointment. When I get there ten minutes early I fill out the paperwork that I hadn't online and turn it in. 12:00pm hits nobody has said anything else to me. The receptionist is gone. A sign is up, "Kick back relax, we will return at 2PM" Seriously? I was hoping it was just the front desk and I would still be seen somewhat close to my appointment time. I don't mind waiting 15 or 20 minutes. I understand things happen. I waited for an hour. Nobody even returned to the front desk for me to ask. My appointment was at 11:45. Front desk left at 12:00 for apparently a 2 hour lunch break as indicated by the sign they put up without saying a word to anybody waiting. Not only that but one of the clerks left their computer open and unlocked with PHI clearly visible to anyone who wanted to see. The screen is facing the waiting area. That's a big HIPAA violation which I will be reporting. Around 12:40 I finally had to leave. I have a long drive and work at 2PM. I took a half day off for my appointment that I won't get back. There are no excuses for making someone with an appointment wait this long. This was ridiculous. It was just a new patient exam. 15-30 minutes max. I just needed an eval and referral to an oral surgeon to get this horrible pain taken care of. Don't waste your time or money here. Apathetic staff with no regard for their patients welfare or privacy.

Great place to go they take care of you and make sure you have minimum pain as possible. All staff that I met was very pleasant and easy to like. Just didn't like that they called me as I was coming to my appointment to tell me the price has went up because of a different removal never explained it tho. But still they did a great job.

I was very pleased with my initial visit. I felt that everyone I met was respectful and very kind. I will recommend Aspen Dental to anyone needing dental work for any reason.
