Had a few teeth pulled. Nurses were hot and very nice... Dentist was quite good at what he does. Only complaint I could have a sitting around for 4 hours to get 2 teeth pulled. Also I get to the pharmacy and there's no prescriptions waiting.

Please do not go here to save money, it won’t work out in the long run. I went here for a root canal in august. It ended up being a 9 hour procedure which wasn’t successful. They refunded the root canal and I had to go elsewhere. I ended up paying much more for the work to be fixed. I had an infected tooth and my tooth ended up spitting due to the file being too large that he used to do my root canal. The dentist and assistant were talking about not having the right files and needing to order right in front of me. They also did a lunch break while I sat with the dental dam in my mouth. Since then I have been billed more and not followed up to on promises to make the situation right. I have called multiple times and they don’t get back with me. It was a nightmare and I hope I can prevent anyone else from this experience.

This place made me feel as if I was surrounded by old friends😁The staff was very helpful and kind. They also worked with my budget.If dentists freak you out then come see Dr.Harmouch, this man will blow your mind!!!!He comforted me the whole time, he cracked jokes to keep me light hearted plus put on my favorite music to help me relax. I can honestly say if every doctor was more like him, the world would be such a better place.I just want to say thank you to Aspen Dental for your professionalism kindness and decency you are truly setting the standard for dental care.🥰

Service & staff very polite & friendly. Hygienist Misti did good job & super friendly, polite & helpful. Only suggestion hate having to pay soon as go in then if get something else while there have to make another charge. Should wait til done & take care of on everything on checkout. Only dentist I've every been to that does this. Don't have to pay mechanics, etc. up front before fix vehicle, home improvement work, etc. Other than this I very pleased with everything.😃

Have a limited choice of dentists locally that take my insurance. Went with Aspen Dental. First appointment for cleaning got upsold to purchase a $70 electric toothbrush. Next visit I was told an old filling needed replacing. Managed to put it off. Was never told that same thing during my next visit. I have always had an issue with tartar. This past visit I was in for the standard cleaning. Was informed I would instead need a more thorough cleaning that would of course cost more. When I said I would think about it, the appointment ended with no cleaning at all. I will not be returning! My income is limited and I choose to spend my money wisely. Avoid this dentist, they care more about money than patients!

First time going there and everyone was so sweet! They made sure I understood everything and what they had planned for me. If you need a dentist I would highly recommend them!

Not the best experience. First, their equipment was not working and they were still open. They were doing procedures without the proper tools. No vacuums, so you just slobber on yourself. They don't care. Another huge issue, they were not informative about what I needed. So they add more procedures and hundreds of dollars to my bill that could have been avoided if they told me the proper steps and information.
Lastly, the staff is not on the same page. They are nice, but they don't understand their job. When I called to make the appointment, two ladies told me one number and when I came in its was $150 more. After you pay for your procedure, they take more and hold it then have the courtesy to tell you there will be a credit on your account that will pay for your next procedure.
