Was told to be there 15 (12:45pm) minutes early. Door was locked so 5 patients waited in 100 degree heat for the doors to open at 1pm. Then they didn’t have my new ins which I had given them over the phone, in person when I rescheduled my appt because my ins had changed and once in the link they sent me. Office staff doesn’t know how to do their job . Clinical staff was great.

The staff up front were friendly and caring with how they spoke to you. Before the examination, I was trying to get the pictures for my teeth and the camera kept striking a nerve in my mouth. Hurt like hell and I told the two girls about it, but they didn’t offer much sympathy. The doctors were all so professional and helpful in exploring my need. Also, they have a wonderful, sweet, efficient office manager! I would come here again.

Happy, friendly, energetic group of professionals. I was happy to be able to have friendly conversations with the staff which certainly helps keep anxiety at bay. Also my treatment was quick and painless and they were able to Accommodate me within two days of calling to make an appointment

This pass has no clue what's going on I have been here 2 times to have my flipper fixed the first time they had my appointment messed up and had me see the dental hygienist was supposed to have my impressions done nope and the today go back in to do my impressions I walk in give my name and the tell me oh we sent you a email and text and called you nope they didn't do any of those and cancelled my appointment right there at the desk. I'm not happy with this place at all I would like the 100.50 dollars I put down for my appointment today that you cancelled on me today

Do not go here...go anywhere else but here. They are scam artist..charge your insurance for services that have not been rendered then refuse to refund the insurance so you can actually get the work done. Can we say insurance fraud? Oh don't worry they will be getting a call next!!
Let me explain my situation so bare with me..I went in had my (3 1/2 hour wait) consultation..I went in because of 2 pretty bad cavities that I needed filled...then found out I had 3 more...I left that day paid for 3..and scheduled those 3 to be filled. I showed up on the day of my appt ...and then the hygienist all the sudden had to see me ...told me I had periodontal disease and the dentist would not touch my teeth until she did this treatment totalling over 3k and had me meet with the business office manager...after getting quite upset she then pulled in the dentist and they agreed to do 2 of the 3 fillings although they charged my insurance for all 3..I head to the back and the dentist was obviously over booked...bouncing from bedside to bedside...injected my gums to do the front 2 teeth ...left and went to another person said he was letting the medication do its job...came back started drilling ...no guards or anything ..when using the suction and water...the water went all over me...after what seemed forever trying to do the fillings..and everyone trying to pull him away...he got up said he was done he didn't have time to finish. Said he wasn't happy with them and to come back and redo them.
I met again with the business manager so she could offer me financing for the periodontal disease treatment..which I declined and she asked me to think about it. I left and had a meltdown in my car because not only did my teeth look almost worse than before ...but he didn't even fill in between my teeth and left space between my tooth and the filling and now I have a gap between my teeth and a huge spaces on both teeth where the filling should be.
I went to another practice and they tell me my fillings will fail within 3 months and it's perative that I have them fixed asap...which will have to be paid out of pocket because they can't bill for services for the same procedure on the same teeth. He also agreed that I do have disease in my gums however it is not as extreme as they stated and can still take care of the work I need done now before we start the gum treatment.
I have called aspen trying to find a remedy situation and get the run around. So I will be taking further action starting with reporting them for fraud..and go from there...this is so wrong and they do all the time and get away with it.

I’ve always been anxious about going to the dentist, but Aspen Dental office in Paducah KY, first got an appointment the next day. The front desk was very welcoming, and the staff/tech/assistants made you feel comfortable and relaxed as they took digital X-ray and other dental exams. Dr. Harmouche was exceptional to my worries and for the future of my beautiful smile! After all was done with my exam, I meet with in the office to go over everything needed to be done/cost and I was so grateful and happy with the assistants with insurance and payment options!! Definitely recommend!!!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staff is amazing

Worst place ever. They cancel your emergency appointment 1hr 30 minutes before the appointment there walk in policy is non existent. They have you drive over an hour to get there then say you can’t be seen. I would avoid Going to aspen dental

This is the worst dentist I have every seen. I go into the office for a cleaning and now I have been in so much pain for the last month I can’t sleep. they say if your in pain we can help but when they mess up an cause the pain they make you wait until September before they will fix there mistake. First you want me to wait three weeks to see if the pain stops and when it don’t you want me to wait a month to get it it fixed. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. If I haven’t already paid them $1400 I would find a real dentist that won’t mess your mouth up take your money and then get to me when they can. This is horrible.
