Excellent office! The doctor is extremely professional and absolutely thorough. The hygienist did the most thorough complete cleaning I’ve ever had. The staff is very friendly, and they have the absolute latest technology. The office is extremely clean and their sterilization technique is impeccable. You will not find another dentist and staff in Hawaii that can come close to the excellent service that they provide.

Wow! We are new to Kapolei and I must share Dental World gave us nothing but comfort! From the minute I walked in I was greeted with such a warm welcoming. I was always notified the updates of how much longer my wait would be.

Erin is Amazing at her job. Makes you feel comfortable through out the whole process. She really knows her patient and where they are at comfort wise. Truly appreciated her non-judgmental treatmeant. Dr Ing and company have an amazing staff. I would highly recommend them if your are looking for great quality work.
I figured the Doctors would try push a whole bunch of stuff on me. Almost like trying to get your oil changed and they tell you that you need a new air filter, windshield wiper and tires. However,this was not the case and it made it even more comfortable to come back.
MAHALO for making the dentist office a pleasant place.

My wife and I are on Oahu to celebrate our wedding anniversary. One of my crowns came off and I went on-line with Dental World Kapolei. They got me in right away. They were very professional and friendly. I would give their whole office two thumbs up!! 👍

My crown popped off while on vacation. They got me in the next day and fixed it for a reasonable price. The doctor there was great and very thorough. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone

Gave Dental World Kapolei a second chance after my initial horrendous experience. Glad I did! Hygienist (Stacey) was professional and very apologetic in regards to my first experience. She informed me what was going to happen before the cleaning, articulated what was happening during the cleaning, and what the doctor was going to look at. My next appointment with Stacey was booked before the doctor came in to do the checkup.

I love kapolei dental world. This place deserves a 5 star rating. Dr. ING is the best, kindest, patient, and most helpful dentist I know. Everyone to the hygienist, receptionist and even janitor lol.

So great! Dr. Ing is amazing! Before doing anything, he'll break down whatever procedure he's about to perform in a way that's understandable. He also always makes sure that you're comfortable. The front desk is always so nice too!

The staff at DWK are amazing. From begining, during, and end. The receptionist was quite delilghtful, and helpful when I had to complete some registration forms. The dental nurse that assisted doctor was very informative and answered a lot of my questions and concerns. And the doctor was very attentative to my needs while he performed my tooth extraction. Thank you so much Dental World Kapolei for helping me when I needed dental assistance.

Dr. I Ing was professional and Courteous! Explained my teeth situation in detail which never happened and any of my previous dentists! Clinic was clean and high tech! Definitely recommended and I will be returning with my entire family 👪
