I have so much anxiety when I go to the dentist and especially trying to find a new dentist is even more stressful but Dental World eased my nerves. From reception to the dental assistants and especially Dr. Yoo, everyone is so gentle and reassuring. I didn’t have any pain and definitely found my new dentist. If you are looking for a great dentist, Dental World is your place to go.

Put off going to the dentist out of fear for many years. Eventually I had to go in for pain I was having and was extremely nervous. When I get into the office the receptionist greeted me right away. The receptionists have great vibes! The dental staff in the back are also so positive and nice. As for making appointments, its been quite easy, and the receptionists are great in notifying you of any cancellations, so you can get in sooner. Overall Id say my experience was easy and painless. Ive gone back a few times since my initial visit and its been so pleasant. Thank you Dental World for helping ease my anxiety. Only dentist I will go to.

We’re visiting Hawaii and last night my temporary crown fell out. I called this place and they got me in the same day. A very, very clean dental office and caring front desk, hygienist and Dr. Yoo.Thank you so much for cementing my crown back in. I highly recommend this place. 😊

I have found my dentist! Yay! I made an online request for an appointment on Saturday and first thing Monday I received a call. I needed a cleaning and I had a crown come off. It must have been my lucky day, they were able to fit me in for both. My hygenist Erin the Dr and asst we’re so kind patient and carefully explained every step. I really appreciated all the steps they took to keep me informed and keep me safe in these crazy times. I highly recommend Dental World Kapolei.

I haven’t been to the dentist in over ten years. The staff at DENTAL WORLD KAPOLEI was very friendly and the dentist explained in detail what had to be done. (And that was a lot). So for the first time there they gave a very good impression. Also their X-ray machine is the fastest I have ever seen the results show up in front of you within seconds.

I've had great dentists and horrible ones. in my experience they either fit into one or the other and in my experience 50% are horrible so finding a new dentist is always a struggle for me. I've been very happy with all treatment here at Dental World. The hygienists are great, everyone is friendly and I've had work done by both Dr. Ing (crowns, fillings) and Dr. Hoshino (root canal) and the experience was stellar. I have dysautonomia and epinephrine doesnt play well with me. They were both able to accommodate my needs and kept on top of my local anesthesia as needed to keep me comfortable. I have had dentists in the past that couldnt get me numb. They liked to blame me for their inadequacy. I've never had an issue when it was done properly and these Drs know their stuff! The final work was done perfectly without any lingering issues. This is now officially my dentist and I hope they stay here forever because I dont want to search for a new dentist ever again. A horrible dentist can ruin you forever. Thankfully I grew up with a great one so I know what it should be like. if you have had horrible experiences then it's really worth giving Dental World a try because they are really great. BONUS: They dont try to upsell you! want a cleaning? that's exactly what you'll get.
