Fast appointments and great staff. I was visiting the island and had a toothache. I was able to get an appointment the next day, and everything turned out great. Dr. Ing was fantastic and even checked my other teeth to make sure nothing else would be a problem while on my trip. If it wasn't in Hawaii, I'd make this my regular dentist.

The staff was awesome. Dr. Hoshino explained everything in detail and gave me choices pertaining to my treatment. She was very professional, friendly and thorough. I was very comfortable and even fell asleep during my procedure. I highly recommend Dental World. Great experience.

I made an appointment here because I was suffering a painful toothache. They were accomodating with the schedule I had and the dates/times that I wanted. When I checked-in, the receptionist was friendly. There were only a few pages of paperwork to fill out (for new patients). The wait was about 10-15 minutes max, I was called pretty quickly. The dental assistant was friendly as well and so was the dentist that examined my teeth. Overall, I had a pleasant experience here and would reccomend this place to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

A few weeks ago I scheduled a teeth whitening appointment for 3:00 pm today. I showed up a couple of minutes before my appointment time and I’m instructed to fill out some paperwork. 30 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment, I’m still sitting in the waiting room. I go to the receptionist and ask what’s going on. She informs me another patient was still with the provider I was supposed to see but they would be with me soon. I feel like that information should have been relayed to me after 10 or 15 minutes after my appointment time. Not 30 minutes. I wait another 15 minutes and ended up leaving. Don’t waste your time.

This was my first time in years I’ve been to the dentist and it was a little nerve racking in the beginning because I suffer from anxiety. My dental hygienist took the time to listen and keep me calm through out my cleaning. My dentist was also very informative and so nice. I’m very glad I found them.
