Great staff, easy to make appointment, the always on time I never had to wait longer then 5 minutes after my appointment time. I’ve been seeing Stacey and she’s a real sweetheart and she has a very gentle and light hand. Highly recommend dental world kapolei!

I used to be afraid to go to the dentist but because of the knowledge that they have and they let you know everything they doing and they make you feel very comfortable I’m not afraid anymore

I’ve finally found the right dentist for me!! Everyone was friendly. It’s super clean in there and the way the dentist shows you your X-rays and walks you through it and explain what’s what is a super plus for me! Erin did such a great job with cleaning my teeth as well as giving me tips & advice on my teeth. Dr Ing was amazing too! The last dentist I went to made me feel soo insecure because how the dentist lady was like “oh my goodness it’s bad”, I felt judged. As for kapolei dental world, they made me feel Soo comfortable and instead and giving me options on how we can get my teeth right!! Thank you Erin & Dr.Ing and everyone there! I’ll be back for sure!

Great customer service. Social distancing enforces. Clean waiting rooms. I got a 6 month dental cleaning. The doctor and dental hygienist were very detailed in their exam, explanations and recommendations. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend dental world to anyone looking for a new doctor/ facility to establish dental care with. 😊

normally a great dental office, but i went in a month ago and complained of tooth pain and was told all was good. i come back a month later and my tooth had been cracked the whole time! not happy about being in pain for the last month.....

I think that looking for a dentist can be hard because I've had different experiences throughout my life at the dentist office that have ranged from horrible to great. My experience here exceeded my expectations. Clean office with a nice staff; the x-rays, cleaning, exam and setting up a follow up went by pretty smooth to where I didn't have to ask any questions because they answered them without me having to ask them in the first place. I felt like as a patient there, they really cared about my dental health whereas I haven't had many experiences like that in my past. So I'd recommend anyone looking for a new dentist to check this office out because it's hard to find a great dentist.

Before my appointment today with Dr. Ing, I had never had a positive experience with dentists. I think most can agree that anyone, including professionals, touching your mouth using utensils and needles is unpleasant and in most cases, painful. However, Dr. Ing & his assistant were very gentle and did an amazing job fixing a couple cavities. He explained everything in advance and made me feel comfortable, despite the fact that I had never been there before. Not only was he amazing, but the receptionist made it very easy to get an appointment quickly and without any confusion. What was typically something I completely dreaded, become an overall easy and- dare I say- positive experience. Thank you Dental World Kapolei staff!!
