I have been a patient here (with Dr. Ing) since moving to the island.
Since I was a child, I have had negative experiences and feelings for dentists (as many do). I can say that this is the most helpful and caring dentistry I have ever been to. Dr. Ing, and all the staff that has helped with my cleanings, are very informative, being extra clear that I understand every little thing that is going on. He does thorough checks (including checking your tongue, throat, and cheeks.. never had that before) and has always made me feel safe and comfortable. The office is clean, easy to find, at a good location- overall a great experience. Thank you, Dental World Kapolei!

Friendly and professional staff. Stacy is an awesome hygienist; she is very thorough, efficient, makes you comfortable throughout the cleaning. She is excellent at what she does. Dr Ing is a great dentist as well. He explains everything that he is doing during the exam, always friendly, and professional. Great experience at the dentist.

Due to difficulty in obtaining dental coverage throughout college, I only went to the dentist once to remove my wisdoms. I finally got coverage through my employer and had a difficult time finding a dental clinic I liked. When I married my husband, his dental plan only covered us with Dental World. From my first appointment earlier this year, I have had nothing but amazing services. Its so awesome that when my husbands dental plan changed to allow us to go other places, I said NOPE WE ARE STAYING.

This dental office has been a wonderful place from the moment I first walked through their doors. Dr. Ing walked me through everything! All the dental hygienist were friendly and sweet. They ranged from the Aunty playing music while cleaning my teeth (with my permission of course), to the funny gentleman making jokes the entire time, and lastly the Mama who was so gentle. Their personalities make you feel like ‘ohana. Mahalo to the Mana Wahine in the front for always explaining what my husbands and my dental will cover and what my expenses will look like before scheduling an appointment— this is super important because I am always afraid of the bill waiting for me after an appointment.

Dental health has always been such an important part of my life. They are always professional and exceptionally safe. Friendly staff and always willing to assist. My husband was first to switch and then we all followed. All my family are now seeing Dr Ing. Changed to Dental World after my original dentist retired. I was with him for over 20 years. They give detailed information about your teeth to better serve you.

It was small but very professional with friendly personnel working as dentists and clerks, I can say my teeth have never felt this clean in a long time. The only issue is with the size but it is a minor detail that can easily be overlooked due to it not hindering the inner workings of the staff, I recommend this place for anyone looking for friendly faces, professionals at work, and thoroughly clean teeth.

My husband and I are fairly new to this dental office. Our first visit was a few months back and I posted a 5 star review. This is my husbands 3rd visit and our reviews on this is still in good standing. I'd like to recognize the awesome customer service from Tatiana the medical receptionist & Quintin the office manager. They both are extremely great in what they do. My husband needed some work done and Quintin made sure that we be contacted in a timely manner with our insurance. Tatiana is always so pleasant to speak to and made me comfortable and knowing my husband would be OK without me (for paperwork) The doctors are amazing! I'm thankful and so relieved knowing we found a dental office with integrity, respect, compassion & professional. Thank you Dental World for all that you do! I cannot say enough good about the staff and service at Dental World Kapolei. Me and my wife were initially going to another dentist group but became dissatisfied with the service. We changed to Dental World Kapolei and never looked back.

The workers are friendly, my hygienist was very kind and the Dentist who performed and scoped my teeth was very thorough. I haven’t had this type of experience in other dental offices. This by far has been great overall. The Dentist really took the time to check every area of my teeth. I would be coming back to this dental office again for their professionalism and being caring towards their patients.

My experience with this wonderful team has been great. Their people skills are wonderful. They explain what they will be doing or are during the procedure. I used to dread going to dentists before coming here. But, the treatments here are the most discomfort free of any dental procedures I've ever had. I recommend Dental World to everyone.
