Returned for cleaning. Staff was friendly and very efficient. I brought in my nightguard, which they made for me. I liked that it fit perfectly, even though I tried over the counter products that made me uneasy trying to mold it myself. The nightguard fits me perfectly and it was to check on my grinding while I slept to see if the wear and tear of nightly usage was preventing my grinding of the teeth. It was doing fine but wear and tear of grinding could one day require me to remake one. But my teeth grinding is minimized, and I sleep comfortably with it. They also updated me of doing extra maintenance on the flossing, but I'm doing better at it. Service is great and I'm pleased.

I was very satisfied with my visit today. Erin cleaned my teeth thoroughly without any discomfort. Although my dentist Gilbert Ing wasn't in the office, they did offer another dentist to do the exam. It's worth the drive to Kapolei from Aiea to see the staff at Dental World!

I have been going to Dental World since moving here in 2016 and the staff are always friendly, efficient and helpful. Dr. Ing and Erin really take excellent care of my teeth, explain any concerns and recommendations thoroughly. The equipment is state of the art and the office is very clean and modern. Highly recommend!!

I came here for a 2nd opinion and was very pleased with the staff and Dr Ing. Dr Ing was very polite and thorough, he explained my situation in full detail and asked if I had any questions or concerns as well. Dr Ing answered all my concerns and questions. I would highly recommend seeing Dr Ing.
