Fenny and Erin were fantastic, extremely accommodating for me since I had to bring my 3 month old baby to my visit today. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of and my baby fell asleep beside me during my cleaning. Dr Ing was very thorough in his explanations and kind during his exam. I hadn’t met him before and I plan to request him in the future (as well as Fenny and Erin)!

Today was my first time coming to this office and I have to say that my husband and I absolutely LOVE it! When I lived in North Carolina, I had the sweetest dentist and honestly didn't think I would find anyone that could compare to her. But Dr. Ing was so warm, kind, patient and just all around amazing. He patiently explained to me why I was having the tooth pain I have and never made me feel rushed. He is SUCH a kind man and his STAFF! Fenny was my hygienist and I absolutely adore her. She was so knowledgeable and gave me great tips to keep my teeth in tip top shape. She was so friendly that I felt right at home instead of super nervous. And also there was Merlyn (I think that's her name.) who was so funny and sweet as well. I honestly just cannot say enough great things about all of the people here, from the front desk to the back staff. If you have dental needs, you will be more than happy with these wonderful people.

Have been going here for 3 years, used to always give 5 stars. Last 2 visits, waited way past my appointment then was rushed through to make up time. I keep getting different hygienists as they must be having high turn over since the pandemic. Dentist wasn't even onsite to look at my teeth for my appointment.

I am terrified to go to the dentist but Dr Hoshino was super nice and made me feel at ease😊💕I didn’t feel any pain and she was fast and efficient. I recommended her to all my friends she’s awesome! Staff greeted me the moment I walked in and very pleasant makes you feel comfortable.

Really nice folks. Dr. Ing and Erin are professional in every way and have great, friendly personalities who take the time to answer questions as well as provide helpful suggestions for maintaining your pearly whites. Office environment is Comfortable and clean and updated with Covid protocols. 👍🤙🏼

Made an appointment as a first time patient with Dental World Kapolei for my recent tooth sensitivity. I was originally given a later appointment date a couple of months ahead. I was told if an earlier appointment was made available, they will call to let me know. A couple of days later, they called me and booked an appointment the next week.
The facility was clean and orderly. The whole process of being checked in, being seen by doctors, to checking out was easy and prompt. They explained what they were doing and walked me through each procedure was being done.
The facility was very clean. It looked like they had the most up to date equipment for dentistry. I felt completely safe in their offices. Safety procedures were kept.
I’m completely satisfied with my appointment and with their staff!

I’ve been seeing Erin and Dr. Ing for YEARS. I have always been very pleased with every visit. Everything from the check-in process to scheduling my next appointment is seamless. I’m usually in and out in under an hour. The office is clean and bright. Everyone is professional and welcoming. The staff is on top of everything; they’re very efficient so that you don’t have to wait long. Erin and Dr. Ing are both very kind, gentle, and thorough! They explain everything they’re doing with a pleasant tone of voice so you there’s no need to be scared of going to the dentist! Dental World Kapolei will treat you well!
