I was in terrible pain and I have no dental insurance. I googled and called explained my situation they squeezed me in so I could be seen that afternoon. The staff and the Dr (Dr Ing) are awesome. So helpful very gentle and caring I signed up for their plan and will be seeing them for all my dental needs from now on! Very compassionate people

This dental practice exemplifies the very best in professionalism. The receptionist was caring and friendly, the dental technicians were equally friendly and technically competent. Dr. Ing is a genuinely caring and talented dentist who carefully treated my dental needs during a recent emergency while I was visiting Kapolei. The staff were all very friendly, the office is clean, up to date with the latest and greatest equipment. Comfortable experience for my daughter and I. Awesome hygienist and Dentist that were very thorough! Far exceeds our prior Hawaii dental experience by far with another dentist office. So Happy we found Dental World in Kapolei and plan to make it our Dentist and office for our family.

Came in to have my crown put back on as it came off while I was eating... work was down by a previous dentist.. was so glad that I was able to get a quick appointment in with Dr Ing. Quick and painless procedure. Dental assistant was nice too! Still my all time favorite dentist! Which he was around when I was a kid!

My fav Dentist ever!! I jumped around to several dentists in the past and was never satisfied. I’m so glad this office opened here in a Kapolei... so convenient rather than driving to town. The entire staff is awesome!! I was able to get 2 other people to come here and they love it as well!

Root canal... not fun. Dr. Hoshino is the best. Very professional and compassionate. "Bedside" manner, very pleasant, her voice was soothing, very calming. So much so, in fact that as I live out here (westside) I would be very interested in switching over and making her my primary dentist (if she's taking clients). Much aloha to the staff for making a very scary procedure much more tolerable that i would've ever thought possible. Aloha

I'm glad to have Dr. Gilbert Ing as my dentist. He does a thorough dental/cancer screening exam ( not just checking teeth, but also tongue, jaws, neck, etc.). He did a great job on the fillings which i (unfortunately) needed. He took time to explain my x-rays to me, and gave suggestions for how to improve and maintain my oral health. I also like Dental World Kapolei because the Receptionists are friendly, i have no problem getting an appointment that works for me, and they always take me back right on time without a long wait. Highly recommend!

My mom needed an emergency visit due to severe pain and they were able to accommodate her the following morning. She loved her experience, from the front desk friendly greeting and assistance from Tatiana to the professional and kind approach from the dentist during her procedure. They were able to immediately resolve the issue she was having.
I was pleased with her visit and decided to use their services for both my husband and I so I set appts for us.

Just had my second visit to this office yesterday and it was just as great as the first. They put on music that I liked while working on my teeth which was so nice. The dr explained every step before and reminded me during what he was doing. I had to have a couple fillings repaired. I also had an old issue with my front tooth repaired. I had been so self conscious for over a year to smile and now I feel like me again! Thank you!!

This was my 1st time with Dental World Kapolei and they were great! During this covid 19 pandemic and statewide mandated order they are one of a few dental offices open. I called and i was booked for an apt in 2 days with my emergency. Their customer service 5 stars includes facility, state ot the art equipment and respectful services. I had a nice experience. Mahalo!
