Thank you so much Dr. Hsiao-Ling Hoshino and the staff at Dental World in Kapōlei for helping me with my highly sensitive tooth. I was so nervous as my first time getting a root canal and just kept praying before and during the procedure for God to be with me and with all whom had a hand in the process.
Halfway through I kept my eye closed anticipating the pain plus every so often I felt a little bit but didn’t say anything until it got a little more worse and she asked if I feel it because I not supposed to so she gave me more medication. Then there was a point when I just felt everything was going to be ok and that is when I opened my eyes and just watched as she worked.
It was then that I started to pray for the business to be prosperous and successful in every way ... so I am sharing this because I feel they did an amazing job... people was all saying (before and afterwards) how it was going to hurt and swelling and no can eat for a while and all the negatives about a root canal but I really didn’t have any of that (Thank You Jesus!!!) instead I decided to go a few offices down to do my nails. Even later in the evening I really didn’t have any pain at all but my husband gave me some Tylenol just in case but even now as I write this no pain.
I would like to share that as I sat and prayed God showed me DOLPHINS. The dolphins reminds me of the song MOTHER OF THE SEA and I just thought that they were welcoming like a mother does as she nurtures and takes care of you so you don’t get hurt yeah that is how I felt plus I shared this with her assistant and that I felt like a pod of dolphins they work well together in harmony so yeah just wanted to share that and I highly recommend them.

I went in for a tooth cleaning. The staff were very friendly and showed a genuine care for my well being. I am very happy and satisfied with my experience and I have a few more appointments already scheduled in the near future. I definitely recommend choosing Dental World.

first time having a root cannel.. not gonna lie was kinda nervous speaking to people that had them.. Dental World continued to reach out to me to get me schedules into a cancelation appointment and got me in early... They were great on every step... was long procedure but they talked me through the entire time. very good professional and very friendly... I would go back for sure but hopefully not for a root cannel...

I can honestly say that Doctor Gilbert Ing of Dental World Kapolei is one of the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure (yes, pleasure) of receiving treatment from. He is a consummate professional who conducted a detailed examination of my dental health followed by a meticulous explanation, review and evaluation of my condition. This was followed by recommendations and options for improvement; not a lecture or admonishment. I was impressed by his knowledge, patience, professional comportment and courteous demeanor. Doctor Ing is not only an extraordinary doctor but a gentleman as well. Highly recommend! We were impressed by the entire staff at Dental World Kapolei, they're tops!
