Every single person in that building was so very nice...patient and so caring. They made me feel very comfortable with having work done & extremely confident. They have financing options for the cost that may not be covered so that you can get the work done you need.

Aspen dental could not verify my (perfectly good)insurnace, couldnt give me quotes for services, and couldnt pick up their phones on multiple occasions. The office is unorganzied and ill informed and it affects business.

I was terrified to go to my appt., but the dentist was so very kind and comforted me to assure all would go well! She's the best addition to Aspen Dental! We need more dentist like her! Pleasant armosphere all around!

Staff is always friendly and the office is comfortable. I can tell that the staff like working there, unlike other dentist offices. I've been there twice already. The new hygienist (Chelsea) was very personable, professional, and took her time with me. Thanks Chelsea! Would recommend them over Castle Dental any day! Only complaints I have is the wait time. Both times I had to wait at least 20 mins past my appt time. Kind of frustrating but service was still awesome.

Wouldnt work out a payment plan with me and I have a couple of bad teeth pressured me into running my credit for a credit line even though I told them I wouldnt be approved. If the owner wants to call me fine but I dought I will come back until they can figure out away to help me out. The only 2 people that were nice was metler and my asistant

I was greeted by Amie Pankonien. She was very informative and professional about my case and the possible suggested treatment recommendations. I was quickly scheduled for my appointment, and was treated in the same day. I’m so happy with my smile now. I appreciate the treatment I received from Dr. Cassandra Webster. I really liked her! She was very kind and genuinely concerned for me and my teeth. I will definitely go to her again for my dental care and I WILL refer friends and family to her as well! Thank you Aspen team for a quick resolution to my smile! And I’m doing much more smiling now that I’m happy with my teeth!!

Everyone was so kind, personable and respectful. I still have a visit or two left, but I’m not nervous or anxious. I’m so glad I found Aspen Dental! They’re putting me on the right track to smiling again, and that is very important to me.
