Staff is very friendly and always ask if im okay. They make sure I am very comfortable and relaxed my whole visit. The hygienist is amazing and so sweet.

This is the worse office you could possibly go to they over charge and when the insurance says they can only charge this they charge what they want anyway. Furthermore, they have a policy that they will not see you without you paying 1st. But yet they bill you after the fact wanting more money. It's been over a year and I have been waiting on a prior approval to go to the insurance company and it has yet to be sent for a tooth removal. Tooth is so rotten that it smells. Worse staffand dentist ever. Don't trust Aspen or Haynes, Inc they are one in the same.

I just starting going to Aspen Dental and I can tell you this is the best place to get any work done. Everyone is so nice and friendly, they take their time to explains every little thing they're going to do, and they let you know that you are in control of everything.
I will not be going to another dental place again, and I've already told everyone about how AMAZING the Killeen group is.

I was embarrassed because I hadn’t been to the dentist in 15 years. They managed to make me feel good about myself by the time I left & I greatly appreciated them for it. Best prices in town & friendly staff. I highly recommend, already have.

Honestly they have great people working there. The staff is friendly and make you feel at ease. Pretty funny too. They just suck at answering their phones. So as long as you can get past them not taking your call when hitting line 2 for current clients, then its perfect. Line 1 takes you to another office location and they normally can get a hold of someone for you.

My husband liked the free X-ray's and exam. Talk about bait and switch! He wanted to have an extraction. They would not even consider it, instead packed the tooth and gave us a bill for $115.00 . And to top it off an estimate for other work $6000.00. Free X-ray's and exam and a $6000.00 estimate. Nothing is ever FREE!

First appointment was today and didn’t want to leave. LoL. EVERYONE even the ones I just passed in the hallway were so friendly! If someone was having a bad day it wasn’t shown. Having to go to the dentist is stressful and the attitudes there really helped.

We had no problems with either dentist or assistant that was helping us. I think the plan prices are a little steep for some of the sevicec and you have to put a down payment to a at least schedule the appointment. Other than that it's a good place to xo?

I took my son to this Aspen office today (3-11-19) for a cleaning and exam. I came here because I signed up for dental at my job and i chose a dhmo. Son's dentist for 10 of his 12 years does not accept dhmo. So my fault until open enrollment in a few months....Anyway this place was a bad experience from the get go. Not enough chairs for the waiting area. Then it seemed like the front desk personell started playing musical chairs. When my son's name was called and we went to the back for xrays it seemed like 10 people were just back there sitting around chit chatting. Get in the actual exam room and it wasn't organized, and wasn't all that clean in my opinion. There was one person who cleaned his teeth, and a seperate person who applied flouride at the end. Also during the time of the cleaning at least 4 other workers just walked back there for whatever reason. The hygenist tried to make us another appointment and I said don't bother because I'm not coming back. This is the most unorganized, unclean dentist office I have ever seen. This place deserves 1/8 of 1 star at best. I don't see how they manage to stay in business.

Very efficient, great information provided in making decisions for dental work, cost etc! Their appointment times are a little behind, but their service was good enough to negate that. All in all, highly recommended!
