If i could give a minus rating i would. I called to schedule and appointment because my filling was loose in my tooth. Explained I thought the tooth was broke and I could not eat or drink anything for the past two days. DR. Phen examine me said that the crown on the other side of my face should be removed and i needed to be scheudle for a route cleaning. WHAT THE HELL is going to be done about my hurting tooth? Not a damn thing. They poked and proded the hurt tooth only to send me home in even more pain then when I arrived. I will be reporting them to the Texas Dental Board and I truely hope this location is closed down. THEY ARE USED CAR SALESMEN TRYING TO UPSELL EVERY SINGLE SERVICE INSTEAD OF TAKING CARE OF THE ISSUE AT HAND. An additional point the equipment they use is old rusted and unclean. The xray machine had rust and grime on it and the ancient xray equipment they jab in your mouth is old and painful. They dont have private rooms they basically pack you in like farm animals or a jail dental office.. I should of never ever when there.

This is the best dentist I have ever been to in my entire life. They have taken fantastic care of my family, they're friendly, and they get patients in and out quickly. I do not have enough good things to say about this dentist. Great place!!!

First, the reviews you see here are not genuine. I believe this company pays people to leave positive comments here. Otherwise, these people are millionaires who doesn't care about dental cost.

My wife needs one root canal, one filling and one crown. They ask for $9K. Unbelievable. They made us pay for gingivitis treatment she doesn’t need at all just to start the other treatments. We paid almost $500 for 15-minute gingivitis treatment. Too bad! If I happen to know that this is just 15-minute treatment, I would never do it. Without asking us, they want to bill us for chlorhexidine gluconate and toothpaste. This is a prescription drug that my insurance will pay for it. They sell it for $125 or $135. I asked them for prescription as I can pick it up from walgreens for $5-10.. They denied. They basically want to sell directly to customer. Do your own research, google "chlorhexidine gluconate", you can buy it for $10.

For one root canal, I was quoted for $2032. This is not the total price of root canal. This is my portion. Insurance will pay the rest. The same thing is done by an endodontist, the specialist in root canal treatment, for $350. My insurance pays for the rest. The endodontist I mention is just 1-mile away from their location. I believe Aspen is only interested in making profit and they overcharge!

This place is very good in marketing treatments that patients don't need. Believe me they are charging at least 5-6 times more than usual price you can get in another clinic assuming you have a decent insurance. It is extremely overpriced.

I am originally from Europe. If this clinic is in Europe, all specialists working there will be jailed for fraud. You have my word. All I can tell you is that I can go back to my home country for 10 times and get 10 root canal redone for $9K. This includes 10 international 8-hour flights. This is outrageous! The doctor and teeth cleaning specialist are not honest. The treatment plan the doctor comes up with is different than what front-desk people are trying to charge for. This is not professional. I am sorry but the doctor and specialist here are also taking part in the fraud business. Worse, they think this is the way it is. This is basically crime.

The staff at front desk is nice;however, this is still ripoff.

Aspen dental is the worst dental company I have every visit. When calling, you will get placed on hold without getting a greeting then being told your going on hold.
Sitting in the waiting room. for over an hour for a appointment, watching people come in a get called. The front desk staff are extremely loud. While on the phone, one representative gave out someones name date of birth and a 9 digits number not aure if it was the SSN or the insurance #. There is absolutely NO PRIVACY! Or regards for HIPAA! The front desk staff if very unprofessional. And do not have a problen speaking about you at the dest amongst each other.

The staff are all very friendly and helpfull. U was very pleased with the financing plan. I am now able to get work I have needed for a while. Only ding, it felt like the detests were so busy that they couldn't stay and talk as long as I may have wanted.

Worst experience I've ever had. I honestly think they are in it for money. The dentist numbed me and started working right away. I could still feel everything. He numbed me some more so much that my right eye wouldn't close on its own. The dentist didn't believe I could feel everything. After he was done he told his assistant he needed a break cuz his hands hurt :( and all that was on Friday the 21st it's now the 24th and part of my bottom lip and chin are still numb.

Went in at 8 and a half months pregnant to have a cavity filled. They did x-rays and told me it was just a cavity and they could have it taken care of right away- half way through drilling my anesthesia wore off and I felt everything. They told me they had to stop because I actually needed a root canal but didn’t have the ability to determine that beforehand and spare both me, and my unborn baby the excruciating trauma we experienced. I had to leave with an infected, completely exposed tooth that was only half way treated and was sent to an endo in Temple. Luckily they were able to help me and understood my apprehension to do anything right away. They wrote me a prescription for the pain, and closed my tooth up and let me think about what to do next. Dr. Allowitz in Temple saved me and was able to perform a seamless root canal despite aspen dental’s mistakes.

Went there because I was in pain with a toothache..they took x-rays ..very friendly and professional..but it seemed they were more concerned about selling me dentures and not really considering the main reason I went there. In the future I will probably go back for dentures..but right now..still have a toothache 😫

This place does not know what they are doing, I went in with pain in tooth with crown, they remove the crown supposedly fix cavity put new crown on, it broke first night had to return, got replaced, 3 mo. later and $ 1487.00 spent I have same problem, went to another Dentist to evaluate it he said crown was not seated properly so bacteria got under it and I have assess again, am on antibiotics and now have to pay for root canal and another crown for $ 2,000 by a reputable dentist. I ask them for a refund on %/1/2017 so I can get my tooth fixed like they were suppose to do. I have had all kind of run a round and excuses no money yet. Please spend your money with a reputable Dentist and AVOID this place with rookies and higher prices.
