Aspen Dental

The dental assistant that took my x rays was very very nice and made me feel comfortable. All of the staff was very nice and welcoming. I've heard others say they had work done cheaper elsewhere with just as great of servicebut I've not looked at other places so I can't say. But I was pleased with the customer service I received here. It was clean and they had little tvs to watch while waiting for the dentist to see me in the chair which was nice.

Dr. Hayes and Melissa were AAAAMAZING. They made me feel so comfortable during my visit. I was so scared at first and my anxiety was off the charts. Both of them calmed me down and relaxing music was played. I hope to have them both at my future appointments.

Everyone was so FANTASTIC! From the receptionist to the Dr. Unbelievably helpful. No Shame 😁. They make you feel like you are the only patient! So understanding. We had trouble getting ahold of my insurance verification because of the holiday. But as soon as I got an actual human on the line from Aetna, they took over the call and really made it possible for me to get the info needed. My appointment was a little lengthy because of my situation, I was allowed to leave before my pharmacy closed for the holidays and return sorrysh to finish. I couldn't believe the Dr. Looked at a 10 year plan instead of just getting me taken care of temporarily. He was so knowledgeable and open. Easy to understand and when he was done.. The wonderful "Amy" really have all of her attention and efforts to make my payments REALISTIC! I have NEVER seen a Dental Practice care about me so much. If you are looking for a Family Dentistry practice that really makes you feel secure and happy to return, look no further! These folks have all the latest tools, and know-how to do ANYTHING dental. I can't say enough about this group of wonderful people. They are so great at what they do. Every single person I came into contact with made me feel like this was the way ALL Dentist offices should run. Thank you all so very much. Can't wait until my next visit! ! And I am scheduling all 3 of my kids, as well as my wife for initial appointments.
We just moved here and I'm so very happy to have found this office. In the past, going to the dentist was scary and uncertain. But here I feel like I'll be ok NO MATTER WHAT. They'll help you no matter what your situation.

The staff were amazing! Most dentist offices I have been to seem very transactional. From the moment I walked in I felt as though, I had known everyone for years. I am happy to have found a dentist office that I don't dread going to.

Came in for a normal cleaning. My appointment was schedule for 8am. I waited for almost an hour before someone came to help me, just so they could tell me that my insurance wouldn’t cover my cleaning because I was only allowed 2 cleaning per calendar year. I then proceeded to tell the individual, that my insurance covered up to 6 cleanings per year. Unfortunately, it was a none winning battle for me because she obviously thought she knew what she was talking about. I then proceeded to call my insurance so they could confirmed that my insurance in-fact, covered the 6 cleaning per year, but they came out with a new excuse, that they were already fully booked.

Although there is an office nearer to my home, I had a dental emergency and an appointment was available sooner at the office 30 miles away. I had such a positive experience at the Killeen office that I will continue going there for dental care. Each staff member I encountered was professional and courteous. The dentist explained each step of the process and the anticipated outcome. Based on several years working in a dental practice in Beverly Hills, CA, I believe I am qualified to declare this practice, and Dr. Rodriguez in particular, to be among the very best.

Wow!! I've never had such a thourgh 1st visit. Great customer service, even with payment person. Their advanced technology blew me away! They even scanned my whole mouth and brought up a picture for me to look at on monitor. Plus offered, (not pressured)me a new toothbrush that hooks up to bluetooth, so u can see where your brushing needs improvement!

If I could give them a 0 I would! They are extortionists and don't care about helping you! After my exam and X-rays I met with a girl to come up with the prices for my treatment plan. Advised the girl that I wanted the basic cleaning that my insurance covered at no cost to me and they said they will not do it because the doctor said I needed a deep cleaning that cost me a couple hundred. How am I not in charge of my own care? Mind you they don't do cleanings the same day! Complete waist of my time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! She was rude too!

Made an appointment letting the lady know I was having tooth pain on my left side. She said no problem make and appointment X-ray and exams are free. My insurance started 4 days later. But because I couldn't bit down on one side to take X-rays. They wanted to charge me for not doing a comprehensive exam. This places cares more about making money then your oral health. I would never do business with people who aren't up front and straight forward. I'd give this place a 0 if I could. Place sucks.

I was on time for my FIRST appointment. After they were about 45 minutes late I finally asked someone which ended up being the office manager about their sign that if I am more than 10 minutes late I would be rescheduled, what happens when they are more than 10 minutes late?
After that I was seen within a few minutes. Was told it was miscommunication.
After that every body was very nice.
NOT IMPRESSED WITH FIRST VISIT. Not sure if I will go back or not.
