This place is great. I have severe anxiety when visiting the dentist due to horrible experiences in the past. They were friendly and welcoming. The office is clean, they're efficient and attentive. The tech Nay was very kind and friendly, Julie was great helping me select the proper package for my dental care and the dentist was gentle and informative. A hidden gem for sure. Recommend this place 5/5.They speak Spanish as well for those who don't speak English.

I am new to the area and this is my first visit to the Aspen Dental office in Killeen. Not only is it a convenient location. The entire staff is very friendly. The staff was very patient, and explained everything they were doing. Waiting time was not to bad. Only flaw I experience was while having my implants put in. They did not stay in and kept falling out. It took several visits for the same service. I believe I or my insurance was charged for each visit. I had to apply for a Care Credit account to cover the expenses. A bill I am still paying on. Sadly I will not be returning. I just can't afford it on a fixed income.

Always polite, professional as well as personable. Started my treatment in Georgia, then transferred to Killeen, TX. The transition was easy, no delays or any confusion. Mine is a long process, however, even if I had to start all over, I'd still choose Aspen Dental every time! They keep you informed of everything. Consults are more like a conversation. If you have questions, ask. The ENTIRE team is amazing! I DO NOT like Dentists. Aspen Dental changed that for me a 1000%! Thank you doesn't cover how grateful, happy and truly content I am because of how exemplary Aspen Dental is. Thank you, all of you!😃😃😃

Apparently there has been a change within Aspen dental. I've called numerous times. Left messages. No return calls. The amount of money I spent and can't get my teeth fitted properly. Absolutely ridiculous! Aspen dental you should be ashamed of yourselves! At this point, I'd say, save your money and find someplace else that actually CARES about you and the investment you are making!🤬🤬

I saw Dr. Haynes in Aspen dental on a emergency last year. I'm terrified of Dentist sense my childhood growing up in a communist country without anesthesia available for ANY dental treatment. Dr.Haynes put me in ease and it was the first time in my life , I did not feel pain or discomfort. She is truly a caring, passionate woman and loves her profession. I would recommend anyone, especially with trauma to see her and her staff! Everyone is very nice, compassionate and very caring......I vote a 10+

So I think the staff is overall friendly and during this time of covid crisis they SEEMED to be following protocol HOWEVER when i visited their bathroom this is what I saw ... No tp ( I guess they are a victim of tp shortage!) The floor was disgusting, the toliet hadn't been cleaned in God knows how long , no SOAP OR PAPER TOWELS , the floor has so much built-up of dirt and grim ..were they just Swiffer the dirt into the corner ) even in the exam room floor was the same way ! I work in a medical office myself and non of this is acceptable. Unfortunately ,I saw this bathroom after I already signed a treatment plan so I stuck letting someone who has no pride in cleanliness, work on my teeth!

Very nice people. Professional and accommodating staff. No b...s...ing around with regard to trying to make me accept treatments I don't need or want. I believe I am in good hands there, contrary to what I had to deal with before. I give them 11 out of 10 stars, and highly recommend them to others.

Very long wait time. Even with an appointment you sit for 45 minutes or longer just to be called into the room to sit for another 30 minutes. My mother had dentures replaced and this was our experience for 5 visits over a two months! Staff is very friendly and apologetic but after waiting for 1-2 hours past your appointment time , it falls on death ears!!!!!! I understand staffing shortages, so maybe not scheduled so many patients a day. To accommodate your staffing. It would lessen patients and staff frustration!!!!!!
