So I'm going to put my negative first, because it's the first negative I noticed. I had just got off work and had to use the restroom. It was beyond disgusting. There was urine all over the seat and floor. There was no tissue either. I hate when offices have an air dryer, but don't have sensor sink and soap. It's gross. The soap bottle was caked with soap and so was the sink itself, there was dustballs and hair balls. Overall a disgusting mess. Thank God for strong thighs and the fact that I always carry wipes with me. Aside from that, staff was super friendly and courteous. Dr. A was really nice as well. Another thing that caught be by surprise was that you don't get any cleaning done the same day, you have to make another appointment. But they get all x-rays done and of course the consult with the doctor. The rest of the office was clean, trust me I looked everywhere. It was just the lobby bathroom that was horrible. Can't wait to go back for my cleaning!

Just be careful when dealing with them. I was told one thing and signed off on another. Had I known I was going to be stuck with temporary healing partials I would of never let them take my upper teeth. I now have to deal with these uncomfortable things because i can not afford the 14 thousand dollar full uppers and lowers. The lowers are not to bad but I can't even speak properly with the uppers and I drool alot. Not very attractive when trying to find a job

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and courtesy I experience from everyone there I was very disappointed that due to my personal financial situation and the amount of work needed I was unable to get the work done.
I immediately referred Aspen Dental to a woman who has full coverage insurance and was looking for a professional Dental office from all the places I have been five stars is the least I can give to Aspen Dental and their staff and doctors there I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive professional dental experience

I scheduled an appointment an specially asked if the exam would be free per there ad. After doing research I came across that they still charge people with insurance. I called to ask if they would still charge by insurance or honor there ad. I was informed they would be charging my insurance so I cancelled my appointment. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!

Aspen dental took it upon their selves to charge me for something I did not get done. After I told them an they said they would take care of it, they didn't, my payment went to collections. Do not trust these people

This was my first time in Aspen Dental, and it was a very professional, clean and covid safe environment. Professional staff, knowledgeable and quick to their tasks.

Staff was nice. Clean office and rooms. To busy with no patients. To many xrays outdated process. You make an appointment for xrays and then you have to make another appointment for cleaning. (Which I was not informed of before making the appointment.)That's a waste of people's time. I recommend people go to whatever is best for them unfortunately this was not best for my needs.

I was told I would be able to add mini implants to the dentures when I got them a year ago. Went back a couple of days ago and was told the dentures I purchased would have to be replaced in order to place implants, an ADDITIONAL $8,000. There have been 4 different dentist in a year. Don't go here....
