My previous experiences with dentist offices were horrible. From not enough numbing for an extraction to being left sitting there with tools in my mouth for 30+ minutes. But going to Aspen was an amazing experience. They really took care of me and understood my fears and walked me through everything step by step. I could not ask for a better experience and will never go to another dental office. Thanks Dr. Pavin, Amber Brown and all of the staff!!!

Love the staff, the reason I gave them 4 stars was because they tend to lose the payment receipts if you pay beforehand and they give you one price then sometimes when you go in, the price changes. That being said, let’s talk about the surgical dentist and his team. They are AMAZING! I had to have two teeth removed, had to bring my 2 1/2 year old grandson with me in his stroller. They were patient with me (I don’t do too well with pain) they played with my grandson to keep him calm, very understanding. If you ever need a surgical dentist please check them out, it’s well worth it! Thank you all for today, you have no idea how much I appreciated you all! Mind you, I am writing this before the numbing goes away and the pain sets in again.

Office staff is caring and professional. I had an emergency with a broken tooth I used walk in method they made sure I was seen the same day...made sure I felt better that I had what I needed to get better and scheduled my procedure with follow up care. You feel like they are family, they make you feel cared and looked after. The staff and girls go above and beyond!!☆☆☆☆☆

The staff at Aspen was absolutely amazing! My son had severe anxiety about going to the dentist, but the staff made him feel comfortable and relaxed. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality service at an affordable price. 😀

Amazing dentist! Very respectful but friendly. I got my wisdom teeth pulled and after we got done I would not want to go anywhere else for dental care. True professional atmosphere with very respectful and friendly staff! Aspen dental is an amazing place!

I had 5 teeth pulled today at the Killeen location and Dr. Rodriguez ...Angie was absolutely wonderful as was her assistant. Dr Rodriguez was very patient with me and explained every detail ...since I was very nervous...she was gentle and because of that it made the procedure better for me......I recommend Aspen Dental in Killeen ..Very courteous and professional staff!!

Aspen Dental is one of the best. The service was great and the environment was friendly and inviting. All of my questions were answered and was able to get through everything without trouble. My 6 year old daughter now loves coming to the dentist. I would definitely recommend coming here.

The staff were amazing!!! They explained the procedure ..were very attentive and addressed my concerns.. They cared about my distress about needles..Although that part was,a bit uncomfortable they made it bearable for me and were right there literally holding my hand.. Like most people ..going to the dentist is something I avoid,at all cost but EVERYONE at Aspen made me feel like I mattered and I wasn't just a patient!!! Aspen Dental will be the only place I go for all my dental needs. Even the Dentist was so friendly and genuinely concerned..Love the ENTIRE staff..I have already recommended them to several people!!!

Aspen dental was awesome. Dr Rodriguez and Jackue pulled all my teeth for dentures. I was scared enough for a heart attack but they put my at ease, didnt hurt me and had them all out in under an hour. They're entire office staff was genuinely caring and supportive. I would recommend them for all dental needs.
