Going to the dentist has never been my favorite place to go! I recently went to Aspen Dental in Killeen for my xrays,the dental assistant Meagan was very nice and made me feel comfortable she told me everything she was doing so I wasn't nervous. I was scheduled to come in for a deep cleaning and returned about a week later for that. The dental hygienist Christine was very gentle and made me feel at ease.I have to return for some fillings and so far my experience has been excellent.

I have a Very Big fear of Dentists ever since I was a kid. I was very worried about how it would be. But when I walked into Aspen Dental in Killeen, TX. on W. S. Young Drive, they were very nice and helpful and that put me at ease. But still didn't help with the nervousness and high anxiety. But then I met Doc. Rodriguez and Ms. Jackie. They made me feel really calm and they kept making sure that I was ok. I had to be in the dental chair for 3 hours and they helped me from freaking out. They are the best, I would say go to Aspen Dental in Killeen on W. S. Young and have them take care of you. I will keep going there everyone is very helpful and friendly. Thanks Doc. Rodriguez and Ms. Jackie, I will be seeing you again soon!

Staff is friendly that's a plus. But all in all they don't care about you or the reason you would go to a dentist. I went for a broken tooth and they gave me an elaborate plan for my teeth overall. How nice but can we fix the problem at hand and that's immediate rather than trying to milk me for 4k. Nope so now I have an infection with the broken tooth I originally asked them to extract in August. Its now October. Thanx but now I have to find another dentist do an emergency extraction after I finish my round of antibiotics. Stay away from this place. Find somebody who will get your issues taken care of. The bigger picture is nice but the immediate problems can cause complications etc. If not taken care when brought up.

I was having some very bad pain in the back of my mouth and I was able to make the same day appointment and they went through my treatment with me very thoroughly and started half my treatment that day and scheduled me right away for the rest. I couldn’t ask for a better dentist office!!!

They have been open for over an hour and I can't get past the automated system that says they are closed. My husband was told to show up for a tooth extraction at 8am and he isn't on the schedule. The initial visit was a joke and it took me being rude to 4 people to get them to understand that he was there for tooth pain not a cleaning. Also was asked 5 times in 10 minutes what kind of toothbrush he used. I won't be coming back you can bet on that!

Treated with the upmost kindness and courtesy. The best thing is that they use extreme precautions to protect themselves and their patients during this time of the COVID-19, my problem was taken care of immediately which was having a tooth pulled ouch. I will definitely be using Aspen dental as my dentist and recommend them to friends and family.🙏🏻❤️

I had 15 teeth pulled, not a easy task for any dentist. Definitely not easy for any patient. But the work that Dr. Wieczerza and Melissa did for me was flawless. The pain management was great. If I had to do it again, I would definitely choose Dr. Wieczerza and Melissa to be by my side. Thanks ladies y'all was great.
