The staff were all extremely kind. I was apprehensive because of the condition of my teeth and the price I was looking at. The dental hygienist, Sam, handed me tissues when I broke down and talked me through it. Extremely kind and personable. Lindsey at the check out desk answered all my questions and worked with me to find the best plan to fit my budget. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had with a dentist office.

Aspen Dental in Crestview is awesome. Their staff are so personable and approachable. They explained everything to me from appointments to payment to the actual procedures that I needed. Price is reasonable. I would absolutely recommend these folks to anyone looking for help.

Dentists and assistants were awesome!! However. Jessica in billing and miranda absolutely refused to work with delta dental, who they accept and are trying to force me to pay even more out of pocket after i paid my balance in full each visit. This is an error on their end and after speaking with my insurance found out that them trying to charge a patient an insurance balance is illegal!! Don't go here if you have delta dental

Update- aspen dental customer relations found the error made on their part and corrected it .updating my stars to 4 due to the awesome dentists and staff.

Aspen Dental is working with my insurance well. The staff and doctor are all friendly, professional and communicate well. The overhead music was great and decreased my overall anxiety about going to the dentist in half! I found the clinic to be clean and infection control conscious.

Just left my first appointment with Aspen dental what an amazing bunch of people Lindsey as are all the girls behind the desk and the hygienist and the assistants. I have been terrified about going to the dentist for the last 4 years they made me comfortable they completely help me deal with my anxiety and their prices are so I look forward to having them as my new

Good dental technicians and open late in the evening too. I never see the same dentist, but they all seem to do quality work. The consultation employees are okay, but they could use some refresher in customer service.

Where to begin, first dentist here ruined my teeth was making a bridge and BROKE on of my teeth, so now i needed more work! I have no idea where he disappeared to, but during my visit one of the hygienists came in the room while he was working on my mouth and she basically trashed a customer's reputation said they just wanted "drugs" etc... and the dentist said NOTHING! 2nd visit...New Denist, Dr Holden took over and was absolutely fabulous. I wish he would leave and start his own dentist office! He fixed my mouth from the other dentists mistakes....
Fast forward 2 years.... Scheduled an appt early January for a check up/cleaning , which I had to cancel as I was sick. Called back for another appt and was CHARGED up front ... the young boy at the front told me they do that because people tend to show up for appointments if they pay ahead :( (After over $4,000 of dental work i wouldn't think that would be an issue)...Anyway, at that appt I got x-rays done, and exam marking all the teeth that needed work then told of all the work needed (gingivitis treatment, 3 fillings etc)...i was there almost 4 hours total, waited in the little room with the TV for someone to talk to me about a treatment plan and no-on ever did. Told the receptionist i had an appt to go to and needed to leave. I was assured someone would call me and schedule another appt once they had the treatment plan. A MONTH went by. I called them because now i had a sore mouth due to sensitivity of my teeth. Had to wait 2 more weeks to actually get seen! Now we are up to March 26th! Hygenist was brilliant doing the gingivitis treatment...told her about the sensitivity, she said one of the teeth i needed a filling in was causing the pain...she left the room i THOUGHT to ask the dentist if he could fix it, but no...of course "gave me sensitive toothpaste and a fluoride dental rinse to add to my bill. AGAIN, when leaving there was NO_ONE to go over plan, i had already pre-paid $300. before they would even give me an appt before, so Jessica (who was really sweet by the way) said she would have some-one call me or would call me herself...NEVER happened. It is now April 10th...over 2 weeks later and no call about my fillings or teeth sensitivity nothing...I will go to a different dentist now! Sorry Dr Holden, you really deserve a better staff

My very first visit Aspen Dental on Wednesday January 23rd 2019. Everyone from the first person I met at the desk until the last person I talk to about finances was unbelievably efficient professional and friendly. For any kind of dental this is the place to go

All of the staff were very kind and knowledgeable. I havent been to a dentist in many years and was not looking forward to going. They didnt belittle me or treat me like a child and scold me. Would definitely recommend them to others that have bad memories of going to the dentist as a child. Prices are high, but you get what you pay for.

Twice now, I have had an urgent need for dental work, and was able to be seen immediately, no waiting for days or weeks. The staff and office manager at the Niceville, FL Aspen location are super friendly, efficient and caring. In particular, Randall the office manager went above and beyond to get me in, offered solutions to financial concerns, and just simply was warm, knowledgeable and genuine. He is a valuable asset to the patients and Aspen Dental.
