I visited Aspen Dental in Crestview ,Florida and was given a quote of $ 1000 dollars to do all dental work needed.. after paying the full 1000 I recieved teo additional Bill's for 125 and 175, when I brought it to the girls attention that once u agree upon a price u do t expect any hidden fees.. Of course it was pushed to the side,and I was forced to pay Bill's or it would reflect on my credit score .. so anyone visiting Aspen Dental in Crestview please get your quote in writing or u will be very displeased later...

Friendly staff, nice office that's very new. Only real issue is scheduled for 700am. Told to be early to fill out paperwork. But, door locked until 700.

My wife went in on a Monday to get a cap installed on a tooth after a diagnosis. When getting a cap applied to a tooth, a temporary cap is placed on in while a replica is made of a much harder material. By Wednesday that same week (2 days later) the temporary cap had come loose exposing a post of what was left of the tooth that is used to apply the temp/permanent crown. My wife promptly went back to the same office for the dentist to re-glue the temp crown back down. Wednesday the following week, the temp had come off again and this time I called the office. The desk personnel refused to let me speak with the dentist, but assured me that the glue used for the temp was no where near as strong as the glue used for the permanent crown. The staff also told me that if we needed to, I could go to CVS to get some dental glue to put it back on ourselves. Here's the principal, if I pay a plumber to come to my house to fix a leaky pipe and by the time he is gone it starts leaking again, I'm not going to be happy if the guy tells me to just go buy some teflon tape and fix it myself. This is complete B.S! I have cracked 2 teeth and gone through an identical process, even while grinding my teeth furiously in my sleep, my temp crowns never once came off! We chose this office due to it being one of the cheaper offices that my wife could use even with our insurance. We paid over $600 for a dentist to do a half-job on my wife's teeth. Lesson learned: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Here soon Wal-mart will open a discount dentist office within their stores.

Friendly service, very patient, and kind. Got in quickly and because of something I needed last minute they even stayed a little after closing time to make sure everything was ok before I left. Never rushed me at all. Very good experience there.
