Went 3 times in a week for different procedures at the FWB office. The staff was friendly and professional. The efficiency of scheduling and office wait times were better than average.

Aspen dental is over booked and under staffed. The staff is extremely friendly but I believe it is to hide the fact that they are not organized and are led by the up sale of dentistry. 2 1/2 hours waiting and 15 minutes of dental work.

They never answer the phone, the consistently put you on hold after picking it up.
I attempted to schedule with their oral surgeon and waited over a year just for them to cancel my appointment and then tell me they were unaware of when their oral surgeon will be back in. Save you time.

Came to Aspen dental because I was having extreme tooth pain. My regular dentist was closed. It was recommended by Urgent Care to try Aspen. They were all very comforting and helpful. I walked out satisfied and feeling better. Thankyou Aspen Dental

I used to be nervous about going to the dentist, but I find myself actually looking forward to my visits now! The office is very clean, and everyone there is friendly and so helpful. They are very honest as well. Thanks to all of you for everything!!!

I booked my first cleaning. They did not clean my teeth. Ten minutes in, they told me I had “Gum disease” the staff pressed the stupid $200 toothbrush. Nothing special. The front desk staff was all nice and cheery until after she learned I couldn’t afford the ridiculous X amount on the spot to BOOK my next appointment for the gum disease treatment. After She had “explained everything” to me, she proceeded to hand me paperwork to agree to paying the booking fee. I told her I couldn’t pay that RIGHT NOW out of my pocket. She then got an attitude saying she “had to retype the paperwork” as she typed aggressively.
All they want is money. I really am confused and feel sorry for the people who have had a good expirence here and got tricked into the dumb loan and FAKE gun disease story. Didn’t get me!!

First visit to get established, however also needing some pain relief or root canal. Everyone was super nice and informative however was a little upset that there was nothing they could do for my pain but prescribe an antibiotic. Referred out, made appt (a week out was soonest I could be seen), then got call from that office the day before my appt that they had a covid incident, and had to push my appt a week further out. Still, if no Crestview office (that takes my insurance) has an Endodontics, then Aspen Dental stays my Dental office.

I was very pleased with my dental hygienist Joy I think her name was, she took her time and worked with me to find a better way to keep the plaque away, she was very honest and directed with me which helps me. I have asked in the past for ideas and solutions from what I was already doing, and the answers were always everything I was already doing, so it was not help for me, so thank you Joy for your help.
On the down side I have a problem with who ever does the scheduling. When I first made the appointment it was for 1:00 than when I got a reminder in an email they said it was for 2:00, and again I had to confirm the 2:00 appointment so I was ok with that , I arrived at 1:30 for my appointment, than I was told that they had me down for 2:30 for my appointment, so I was not happy about that.

My first appt with Aspen Dental today. Very professional, respectful, and compassionate. This will be our dentist from now on. Everyone that saw me today was friendly, proficient, and professional.

I have 2 teeth that are slightly crooked (the doc even asked if I’ve ever had braces). He used a comparison of having a mild heart defect to me getting sure smile trays. Pushing scare tactic of my jaw rotting out over time if I didn’t get it fixed. I understand they have quotas to meet and want to push something on every patient but come on.
