They lied to me about pricing. They told me my visit would be free or at least the x-ray and evaluation only to be quoted almost $200 when they called to verify appt. Keep in mind I broke a tooth a week ago I had managed to get an earlier appointment with another place in town because I was trying to save money. I will never set foot in one of their offices again. They have had me endure additional days of pain only to have find and schedule with someone else and suffer until I get one. Oh did I mention they told me this when most other offices in town are closed and will probably have to wait until after the weekend extending my pain further. Shame on this company for not honoring your original quote and I hope you loose business over your inconsiderate practices.

I am terrified of Dentists! But the Doctor and ladies at Aspen Dental were so sweet and wonderful. They made me feel comfortable and the Dentist to pulled my wisdom tooth was just the GREATEST! I'D recommend to everyone.

The staff at Aspen are really nice. They were very busy, but they still made time to fix my tooth emergency on my initial visit. I will definitely be going back.

I made an appointment for my regular bi-annual cleaning. I was never told I needed an "consultation" first. After 90 minutes, them taking a million x-rays, and poking around in my mouth, I was told I needed gingivitis treatment and they would not be doing a cleaning. I'd have to come in for another appointment to get that completed. It would be an additional cost on top of my insurance and I could NOT deny treatment and just get my regular cleaning as I intended. I pride myself on my teeth and dental care so to hear something that NO other dentist has ever told me seemed unusual. I basically wasted 90 minutes for nothing. I will pay that money to an out of network dentist who don't try to upsell me on a "fancy" toothbrush and a treatment I don't want completed.

The staff was extremely courteous and the hygienist is the BEST!! But I did not get back in the chair until about 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I still give them five stars because I've had no previous problems.

People were polite and professional, but I was made to feel like a piece of meat on an assembly line. The ads reflect concern for military and senior citizens and Aspen's commitment to help with low prices and affordable financing. In my case, they did not seem too concerned, and I am a Veteran on social security.

Worst experience ever. The front staff and financial consultant are rude, not knowledgable, and slow. I waited 45m after my scheduled appt. just to be told it would be another hour. I was told completely wrong info about coverage. I was told I owe nothing but then get billed. I was told to wait in a lounge to checkout and after 30m I had to look for someone to help me to find out they forgot about me. Worthless place and staff!
