The staff was very nice!!! But...
I chose to go to Aspen because they were in network with my insurance. I was previously going to a dentist for years but had to switch due to them not accepting my insurance anymore. I kept up with my regular cleanings. I went to aspen for my initial visit and didn’t even get my teeth cleaned! My chief complaint was having pain in a tooth when I ate. I felt like the whole time they were trying to sell me an overpriced electric toothbrush & told me I needed a medication placed in my gums. Everything felt so commercialized. I am going to get a second opinion because like I mentioned before I kept up on my regular cleanings, never once been told that I needed fillings or the dental work they said I needed.
I felt very deceived after I talked to My husband and found out they told him the same thing. Remind you he hasn’t been to the dentist in over 20+ years and chews tobacco every day all day.
I am not in the dental career as to why I trust my dentist and their team to make me feel as if the dental treatment is needed and not profitable. They are just out to get your money. It’s all a sales pitch. My husband and I will be spending full price on a cleaning from here on out. What a waste of having dental insurance.

I set an appt 3 days prior my visit, arrived 10 minutes early and had to wait 47 minutes past my appt time, got xrays done then had to wait 20 minutes to see the hygienist then another 30 to see the doctor and another 30 to see the care planner. I had never spent 3 hours at a dentist office before, aggravated doesn't even describe it. Dr.Holden, however is very knowledgeable and polite and I will go back to him for treatment.

LOVE them! Great offices/clinic, very CLEAN which is something I immediately look at. The staff are very friendly and put you right at ease, which is great if, like me, you get a little anxious at the dentist. Also, they have a little flat screen TV mounted to the chair that you get to watch while you wait...I'll admit while I was already happy thus far that sold me. :-) Definitely recommend!

After checking the reviews for this particular office I went in uncertain of the care I would soon receive. The full 360 degree x-ray and bite wings went well. The 3D imaging of the entire set of teeth was also good (this imaging was something I had not experienced from previous dentists anywhere). The gum line and bone density evaluation was another process no other dentist had performed in such detail. The exam with the dentist was thorough. The office administer discussed charges and billing with various payment options. If you have no insurance the x-rays and exam is not charged. My cleaning went well the next day.
Overall I was very satisfied with the entire process. Mike

Went to Aspen Dental for the first ... and last time... I have been going to my dentist for over 25 yrs and have had regular cleanings and care, but wanted to switch to another dentist office because my dentist retired and we have new insurance. I THOUGHT I went in for a cleaning, but I never received one.... The staff were all friendly, polite, and professional, but I was there for THREE AND A HALF HOURS. I felt like I had set through a time share presentation!! I was told of a lot of work that HAD to be done, even though I have never had any problems, including a deep cleaning below my gum line, and they would not do any kind of cleaning of my teeth until this expensive treatment was done....
Very nice staff.... for the most part...

It was my first visit so far. Didn't have any work done, except x-rays but for the most part, friendly staff with little wait. I'll going back soon for a deep clean, as recommended by my past dentist, so we'll see how well they are with their work.

My first time using Aspen dental and my experience was nothing short of amazing. From check in to X-rays, my consult and signing up for Invisalign. I have wanted to get my teeth straightened again for years, so their plan to help me was top notch. Thank to the team at Aspen.
Loopie !!!!
The assistant scrapped bilateral inside of mouth while doing lower xrays. It was very painful. After getting xray she told them I was ready but forgot me. Hygienists stated the note saying I was ready was covered up. Other than that the hygienist was very good and explained everything she was going to do. The dentist was friendly as well. The best part was the check out lady she was very friendly, outgoing and bubbly. The place was so clean and love they have TVs u can watch while waiting on hygienist.

First, let me tell you not all dentists are good. You have to find one who fits your needs and makes you feel comfortable, without breaking the bank. I will share my experiences with you, and then I'll tell you how Aspen compares, in my opinion.
I had been to two other dentists in Crestview before Aspen opened. I've been going to dentists all my life in another state, but the first one here, was the worst dental experience of my life....A total Production Line which made a can of sardines look spacious! Patients are packed into small enclosures beyond the lobby, and made to feel like they were a piece of meat being herded from one person to another. It was a maze behind the scenes and you couldn't flee if you wanted to because you'd never find your way out! Scary experience! Then they herded me into a cramped little room that barely held 1/4 of a table with two chairs, & no windows, and tried to close the deal and get me to sign it! I'm not even claustrophobic, but I wanted to run! Sales technique: Zero! They gave me inaccurate medical information, quoted 3 different prices for the same procedure, and to get me to come back, they lied to me, telling me my teeth could fall out as soon as next week if I didn't come back! Seriously, don't go to Comfort Dental! It was my worst nightmare! Their ads are laughable. The second dentist I tried was much better, very professional, music piped into every room, friendly people, but totally unaffordable! I was there for an emergency abscessed tooth that was very painful. I was grateful they took me in, until I was presented with a bill that charged me 5 x the going rate for removing the tooth. I won't go back there either.
Then Aspen opened. The other Aspen offices had relatively good reviews and their prices were fair. It took a few visits to the Crestview office, but they earned my trust. Love the Doctor, and the staff are good! I've had a lot of major and necessary work done there that I'd put off because I couldn't find a dentist I was comfortable with, but I'm more than happy with them! I'm thrilled I have a good dentist who makes me feel very comfortable, physically and emotionally. Not one problem with major surgical procedures. Just had my teeth deep cleaned with Jessica the Hygeniest (there are 3 Jessica's there), and I will have a filling done soon. I'm so happy I found them. They gave me my smile back! : ) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
