The front desk staff were nice but I had to want an hour over my scheduled appointment. The financial advisor explained the options for care very thoroughly and was a friendly face to finalize the stressful dental experience.

Very busy office today. Staff worked to get everyone seen in a timely matter. When staff came in to room, they did not seemed rushed like they had other patients to visit. They took the time with you to answer any questions and give proper treatment.

Friendly employees. Dentist was honest and forthcoming when asked questions. Aspen Dental is great.

not even gonna give em more than one star, and one star is to much.... my girl had work there done. and they jacked up the procedure. she had to have emergency surgery because of the infection caused by the original visit. now they are claiming no responsibility and zero compensation. well no responsibility and treating a customer like they have only means they are a bad practice and should be investigated and or shut down. zero customer service as far as im concerned. stay away and find a better company if you need work.

I am not even a customer here, I came with a friend.. I had an appointment at this location and upon visiting won't be back. The entire time I waited while my friend was being seen the front desk clerk, a blonde girl, talked a lot of gossip, shared that it was a "different dentist than usual that was slow, but was nice so she wouldn't talk bad about her" to another patient waiting, and went on and on about her personal life loud enough for the entire lobby to hear, even talked about a customer when he left how he won't be back because of some mixup with his insurance. The whole experience was very unprofessional.

Highly for the service I received , I was very impressed with the level of professionalism they have , when I arrived to the their office I was very much in pain , I had to drive from Pensacola ,Fl. To their office in Crestview, I couldn't find one dental office in Pensacola to see me any sooner , so when I called Aspen Dental office and explained to them the level of pain I am in, they had no problem to schedule me in the next day, first thing in the morning , their office manger Ms. Lindsay was so much help and very helpful , and I appreciate Doctor Rose and his associates so much they made the whole experience so painless , I would say to any one who had bad experience with the a dentist , call Aspen Dental in crestview Fl. , very nice people Thank you

Giving a headup using aspen dentals' corporate website, If you schedule your appointment online through the main website and confirm via the text they send you, the location doesn't receive that confirmation, only corporate does. They can schedule appointments over the phone, if you do schedule it online, confirm with them over the phone and call the location directly.

I made an appointment and gave them my insurance information. I had the appointment for two weeks. When i get to the appointment they check me in, i fill out all the paperwork. They call me back, i get a bunch of xrays and talk about all my medical history. They poke around and all this then they tell me they dont accept my insurance but dont worry this visit is free and i dont owe anything today...... y'all need to find all this out before you cause people to waste their time.

Aspen Dental in Crestview Fl is the BESt they saw me and let me know everything that needed to be done. They were able to help me split my treatment up into payment. I would recommend them to anyone. LOVE THESE GUYS THEY ARE THE BEST!

Every step was pleasant and organized. The receptionist, office manager, xray taker, dentist, and hygienist all top notch. Kim was particularly helpful. My new dentist office and I'm happy about it.
