What a wasted day over here. They lure you in with a free exam and free Xrays, then they charge exorbidant prices for simple procedures. They offered me NOTHING for the pain I'm having with this huge hole in my tooth, even though the dentist actually commented in how painful it looked. When I scheduled my appointment I told them I was hurting; they told me the first thing they would do is "address the pain." They IGNORED it and me. Never going back!

Appointment time means nothing, arrived a little early since I drive a distance to get there. 11:15 appointment, was told hygienist was running behind and asked if I wanted to reschedule, I waited, at 1147am, I asked how much longer, she again asked if I wanted to reschedule, making me think that the hygienist wasn't even there, I told her that I would not be back and walked out!!!

Lindsey,Tracy,Malea,Marie,and Dr Holden were all so very compassionate, kind,and understanding! Twenty years of hurting, not being able to eat was fixed in a two day period by this staff at ASPEN DENTAL! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I ate yesterday!!! Truly a blessing!

Although i was asured they are working on changing the schedualing, I have to mention the wait time was terrible. My appointment was at 845 i didnt get called back until after 10. I really hope they can make the changes they have to so that the next time i come in i can be seen with in a reasonable time.

Went there to have a problem tooth fixed. They kept pushing a Periodontal treatment, and referred me to a Endontics Specialist for a root canal. Purchased the treatment package and scheduled an appointment for today at 7:00 AM. Was there 10 minutes early when they called stating the Dentist wasn't there because of an Emergency. Hmmm, an Emergency at 7:00 AM. I'm not going back!!! Had a terrible time getting this sorted out between Aspen and my credit card company..

After making an appointment by phone, My wife waited an hour to be seen. After her exam, the coordinator was rude and not polite. They tried to up sell her an overly expensive and intrusive under the gum cleaning procedure that they had not tested for. They would not allow her to get a regular cleaning. We will never go again.

Everyone who works in the crestview location are real friendly and attentive to your needs. The two dentist I saw was very knowledgeable and willing to help with my needs. The friend desk secretary is very helpful. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I called on June 4th 20128 too have 8 teeth pulled and to get dentures. The receptionist asked me what insurance do I have and I said Medicare. She specifically said yes that Aspen Dental in Crestview Fl takes Medicare. So I said " wonderful" and made the appt. I go to Aspen Dental for my appt and then the lady at the counter said NO they dont take Medicare. She said I called a New York number to make the appt and they dont know nothing. I said I called the Crestview office and proved to her on my cell phone and called it while it was on speaker phone. Sure enough, the receptionist in the back of her answered the number I CALLED!.. Liars, Liars, Liars.. Dont trust any of the lip service they tell you.. If they lie about that, who knows what they will do with your teeth!
