Aspen Dental

This place is like the used car lot of Dentists. I wasn't in the chair five minutes before they recommended I buy a $160 toothbrush from them and financing was available for any recommended treatments. They ignored my concerns and pushed me into the office managers office to discuss my treatment plan. The only reason for a second star is because my young son had an appointment first and they treated him well. Do your research!

I will never go back. Don't believe the treatment plan prices you are quoted. I asked twice during my treatment plan meeting whether the quote I was given was what I would have to pay, and was told yes. I received an additional bill for hundreds of dollars after paying my full balance at the time of appointment. Actually, I paid it in full before they gave my son and I any service. When I received a bill, it showed a previous balance which was interesting as I had never been there prior to this appointment. I am still seeking answers two months later, as no one is responding to emails, BUT, of course, the bills keep coming. Be cautious of the billing and treatment plan team.

Everyone was amazing! They were able to make time for a last minute filling, an exam and cleaning! My dental hygienist was particularly great, she explained everything she used on me, what her next move was going to be, and ya know how they typically tell you “close your mouth, open”? She let me move at my own pace. Wonderful experience.

They are amazing. The staff is very outgoing & truly care about their patients. I highly recommend Aspen Dental!! Thank you all for putting a smile back!! A big thank you to Dr. Holden!! I'd give more stars if allowed.

Very satisfied with the job they did and the people that work there. However I have to amend my original review. I paid my entire bill, and got another one in the mail. Aspen Dental now tells me that it is because my insurance thinks I didn't need the procedure and now I may have to pay the extra money out of pocket. Granted they're working to reverse it (which I very appreciate) but one might wonder why it even came to me in the first place when they have their worry free gauauntee price estimate. Literally the hold music for the place was going on and on about how you never have to worry about extra charges...

Edit: They did get it resolved which I appreciated.

My husband paid cash up front in November to have surgical extractions and immediate and permanent plates. They still haven’t gotten him his teeth. I am very disappointed in the service we have received. I feel they are trying to have intercourse with my monies

I’ve heard some not so great things about Aspen- but as someone who is absolutely TERRIFIED of the dentist, these ladies were amazing to me. I didn’t have a bad experience at all, I’ve been there a few times and never regretted going.

I generally do not give 5 stars however I am making an exception. Dr. Hernandez along with her assistant, the office manager and the receptionist are absolutely outstanding. I had major work done and I am blown away with how caring, knowledgeable and precise everyone is. This is truly a great team!

Just went in for my annual check up. The consultation and xrays I didn't have to pay since I was a new patient. The staff was polite and got straight to work. The next day I went on for my cleaning. I had to wait 30 minutes before I was finally called back. The dental hygienist was really nice and apologized for the delay. Over all it was a good experience. I would definitely recommend this place.

Awful experience, if you like to be treated like cattle go visit Aspen Dental. Once you enter the "facility" they treat you like your a piece of their property-freaking scary! New patients get a free screening, then they wanna charge $500+ dollars for a bi-annual cleaning. I would never put a toe near the doorway of a Aspen Dental facility. Do your research- Google: Leonard Green(owner) & Prospect Hospital. Go see your local dentist, who works for Himself, honestly.
