Simply wonderful staff, and caring about your oral health. Guess what they sing to you LOL. Very friendly atmosphere, and they are willing to go the extra mile to ensure your problems are resolved. They provided good and sound advice in order to maintain your teeth care. Simply wonderful, no other way to say it.

I need three front teeth visibly whittled down to fit caps on them. They did four, one of which was completely unknown to me. I was given no after care instructions on the temporaries put in while waiting for my permentents. I was pushed out the door right after I got out of the chair and was told to simply eat naturally and avoid things like gum and crunchy items. First night one of the caps broke off along with the piece of tooth I had holding it on. Again, I have no experience with this dental procedure and was given no instruction on care. Just, sure you can eat, and was shown the door. Horrible experience in the Crestview Aspen dental office! Go somewhere else if your insurance will allow!

Hygienist very friendly but was called out of exam room and I was left for several minutes waiting. Upon her return she explained she had to prepare another exam room. The cleaning went well but my gums were not checked for depth as I have always had done since I have several crowns
Exam by Dr. Holden was minimal at best. I have always had oral cavity checked for lesions including under the tongue checked.
My visit a little over a years ago was top notch and my review then was a 5 star.

**Please read my 2 year experience from Crestview Aspen Dental** (*Updated info. below*) The front desk is rude, they ALWAYS have an attitude in their voice, they are ALWAYS acting like they are too busy to do anything (even greet customers). Furthermore, the front desk ladies like to gossip about other people loud enough for everyone to hear, they do not not email me when they say they will (then if they do email me, it's the wrong information). When I went there once for a deep cleaning, (one of the last times I was seen at this horrible office) a Hispanic older woman was the hygienist. She was absolutely horrible. For example, when she was flossing my teeth, she said "omg, wow, do you ever floss, omg."... She kept saying things like that over and over again for 45 minutes. Needless to say I was hurt, embarrassed and upset at the end. I called up there to tell them my complaint, but all I was told, is that they would handle the situation, but no one gave me an apology? The dentist himself should have called me back and sincerely apologized, but apparently my business is not valued at the Crestview Aspen Dental. That type of horrible treatment after spending **thousands** of dollars here is unacceptable. Furthermore, I believe some of the dental assistants are students practicing because they could not for the love of their life get the right picture until a more experienced dental assistant came to help her (took Xrays of my mouth 8-10 times, I'm seriously afraid I might get cancer now), lastly the dentist here is way too fast and is not thorough because he wants to rush in and rush out. Also, when I've been in extreme pain, even being my dentist for 2 years, would not prescribe me antibiotics or pain medicine over the phone. (yes I know there are people who enjoy taking narcotics however I am not one of them, I just needed to relieve the pain with something else other than Tylonal and ibuprofen which I was overdosing on and was afraid my kidneys would fail). I am so through with Crestview Aspen dental. I've been a patient of the Crestview Aspen Dental for 2 years and have waited patiently for things to better, but they NEVER have. I stayed because the dentist here did an OK job with his work. I started there unhappy 2 years ago and I am leaving there unhappy. Good riddance Aspen Dental and good luck to any other victim here.
**Update** 1/11/2018 I have received a letter from the corporate Aspen Dental from a patient satisfaction specialist. I appreciate the apology (one I NEVER received from the office that is unprofessional, insensitive, and HORRIBLE *Crestview FL Aspen Dental*) Mrs. , in your letter you said "the regional manager has been unable to reach you by phone. . . " However, NO ONE ever called me from the Aspen Dental in Crestview, as I check both my phones EVERY DAY and call back any unrecognizable number, therefore, if this is the information the liars at the front desk of Crestview Aspen Dental told you, it was a dirty lie to cover up their pitiful behavior toward their patients (they were probably counting on the fact that you would not inform me of their lie!). Moving forward, it puts me a bit at ease to know that I am at least recognized and given an apology to; even if it is from a far off representative. However, this does not fix Crestview Aspen Dental. I believe what needs to be done is the regional lying manager getting replaced by someone who doesn't hire women and men with such unprofessionalism and harshness towards their patients. I know Aspen Dental cannot hire the best of the best but at least hire people who care and want to be sincere to their patients!! Because as of right now, the people being hired there are unskilled at what they do and RUDE! (except the dentist man, but he is too fast) One needs customer service skills and human compassion!!

It had been 5 years since my last cleaning. I called Aspen Dental after a quick google search. They asked to to come in for free xrays and an examination. They let me know the severity of my problem, thankfully they explained it very thoroughly and in a simple to understand way. They used this cool ultrasound type device to get a 3D scan of your teeth. No more biting into nasty play-doh.
Unfortunately, I do not have dental insurance so this was helpful because they had also broken down the costs of cleanings and etc without insurance. I was shocked by how affordable it was, I spend more in starbucks each month. I scheduled my cleaning for later today and it was just as easy.
No nasty grit grinding on the teeth, a gentle squirt of some numbing stuff on your gums and they use an insane water pick thing. Followed up with a scrapey-scrape with the pick, a floss and another mouth rise of some kind I was good to go for under 200.
My next appointment is scheduled, thank you so much Aspen Dental.

Truly, genuine caring dentist, Dr. Heath, saved my two molars! Genuine concern and excellent outlook for the future of my teeth! Superb dentist!
My emergency visit, the day of, and the following day, dealt with my pain and exposed nerve. The office staff, assistants, and whole office staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful in there roles.
I recommend them, wholeheartedly!

PLEASE SEE REVIEWS IN YELP!!!!!!!!Very disappointed with Aspen Crestview, my experience was horrible. I'm in the military and the 5 members of my family came to this office. Every visit was over 3 hours of waittime sometimes just for X-rays or cleaning. The front desk obese lady named Jennifer didn't care when I politely complained because after my wife getting a cleaning the dentist was suppose to do a filling but instead cancelled my wife appt. That's after we already paid. The front lady blame the hygienist saying that she took too much time doing the cleaning.but that was not the case . The dentist was still working with somebody when they cancelled my wife appt. Nobody apologize to us and when I told them I was considering going somewhere else the front desk obese lady Jennifer didn't care and she was very arrogant. My wife appt was at 530pm, we were there at 515pm, the hygienist start working around . I witnessed how the front desk staff is very pushhing toward the hygienists. NOW THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART.....YOU WILL NOTICED HOW THE CARE SO MUCH THAT THEIR RESPONSE TO THIS CONPLAIN WILL BE AS FAKE AS THEIR CONCERN TOWARD THEIR CLIENTS. THIS IS WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO ANSWER TO THE COMPLAINS......."IM SO SORRY YOU DIDNT HAVE A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE . OUR PATIENT SATISFACTION TEAM WILL BE HAPPY TO HELP WITHYOUR CONCERNS. PLEASE REACH OUT TO THEM AT BLAH, BLAH ,BLAH. The only reason I'm giving them one start is due to the hygienist excellent work and for being the only person really concerned with our visit. Like I mentioned before go to yelp for more reviews.

The visit was great. They were very nice and explained things well. However, their office could use a little help. I confirmed my appointment three times and gave my insurance info three times.

I was quite impressed with the professionalism, expertise and excellent customer service exhibited by everyone I dealt with which included the Receptionist & Billing Personnel , X-ray Technician, Dental Hygienist, and Dentist. Their level of professionalism is outstanding. They put me at ease and explained every step in detail that when my appointment was concluded I had no doubt as to what I needed to do to maintain a healthy dental regiment.
