Aspen Dental

The team there is so friendly and welcoming. They are very professional and treat you like one of their own. Sabrina and Owen have gone above and beyond to help me feel comfortable with my new smile. Dr. Son is courteous, gentle, always willing to make it “right” and funny. A great place that cares for the patient and wants things to be done the right way for the patient.

My experience at Aspen was phenomenal. My dental assistant Sabrina Melissa as well as my lab tech Owen made me feel exquisite. Dr Son was even very direct in his diagnosis and scheduled me for my treatment plan immediately. Aspen is GREAT!

I went it for a deep clean on my gums and teeth, had x rays done on my teeth and even got a scan to get some aligners made to help straighten my teeth. I’ve got to hand it to this faculty. BEST EXPERIENCE I’ve had in a while, just the atmosphere itself was welcoming which always makes for an uneasy situation easier. Big thanks to Dr. Rophie for taking the time and being thorough on my scan for my aligners, also, big thank you to Sabrina and Donny with the x rays and the helpful reassurance on my X-ray and smile (my biggest insecurity), & last but not least Whitney my hygienist. Made me feel good about my efforts in my hygiene up keeping and had great conversation to help pass time.

While traveling in our RV we had a dental issue. We had used Aspen dental and a hometown in New York so we contacted this Aspen dental. They set up an appointments. The day of the appointment they called and said they connected to send at that time and they moved our appointment an hour and a half earlier. We got there they ran our insurance and it said we were not in their plan. We called our insurance and they said that Aspen dental was in the plan. But Aspen dental said we cannot accept your insurance. We walked out very frustrated.

They have a great team and Dr. Rophie was awesome. I had 6 teeth pulled and other than the shots I didn't feel a thing. My doctor was so gentle and talked me through the whole procedure to make sure I was ok. He saw that I was wearing a Heart t-shirt and played one of their songs for me to help me relax. They went above and beyond.

Would give zero stars but not an option! If you need dentures don't get them here. I have had a tooth come out 5 times in 3 years. It is a hassle to get them fixed. They only have one guy to fix them and he is always sick. I can usually leave them for a few days and they call and tell we when I can pick them up. This time the clown they had as a receptionist wouldn't let me leave them cause she doesn't know if he can fix them. What a joke. I'll tell everyone I know don't go to Aspen Dental.

I was totally impressed with Dr. Son he is very good at his job and is very honest and up front with you about the issues you are having. I just had a tooth pulled and I didn't even know he was done until he told me to have a nice day. I highly recommend him as a dentist. Thank you again Dr. Son for all your help.

Staff and oral surgeon were very helpful and friendly. Process went smoothly from start to finish. I was advised of my procedure by the oral surgeon with understanding of everything. I highly recommend Aspen Dental for anyone in need of dental treatment.

Giving one star because zero is not an option. Absolutely the worst. Try to upsell you on dental treatment. Had my wife take a dental antibiotic, which cost us out of pocket, but she didn't have any dental problems. No cavities......nothing and they upsold an antibiotic. I'd never heard of that. Then if you try to call them to ask questions, get details.....anything at all, there is nobody to speak with. Everything gets referred to the web page which left me feeling completely ignored. Six months later they still haven't billed our insurance and are sending unpaid notices to us, despite them having all the information loaded into the patient profile.
Thought this office was going to be great based on the website and us being new to the area (looking for a new dentist), but we will NEVER be back. BEWARE!!!

Went in with severe anxiety and fear from past experiences. Came out with a new attitude about dentistry. Much better personal concern and pain care. Last name is harder to remember but thank you Benjamin. Made sure I didn’t have pain or anxiety through a tough procedure for me.
