Aspen Dental

Friendly staff, but this does not offset the headache I've had with this company/office. Way over charged for the services I received, and I am still chasing down a reimbursement 6 months after they cashed the check from my insurance. Either they are scammers, or Aspen Dental is a logistical nightmare.

I had been hurting in my tooth for while , I haven’t been able to make it because scheduling issues but I di call Tuesday they were so nice to acomódate me, Dr. Woo was really sincere and very professional. We are doing an implant . Pain is gone, on way to heal. Thanks so much Dr woo, aids and other staff. Gainesville newberry rd office

I can't say thank you enough for my new pair of choppers. The care and attention were beyond my expectations. Other than their cumbersome telephone system (which I have learned to navigate) the staff from my dentist Dr. Son, to his many dental assistants and to all in the administration section who were patient with my many calls were determine to do their best to make me smile. I would truly recommend Aspen for all your dental needs.

If I could I would give zero or negative stars. Terrible costumer service, unprofessional staff, poor communication and business character. Over almost 3+ months, they were unable and/or unwilling to do even the most basic scheduling and communication tasks for a basic dental cleaning. I had to reach out to them, multiple times, otherwise I would have never gotten any communication or update on my dental appointment. There’s always 4+ people on their front desk and apparently not even 1 is able to maintain client communication and updates. Finally, on my appointment date, they send me a text that their hygienist is out and they would cal me back? To which I was fed up with given their lengthy history with lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and lack of respect of my time. When pushing back given their vague excuse, all they could say is that they would call me back, which as in the past, it’s never hold true whatsoever. All in all, terrible place, poorly run, and if you expect even a dental cleaning within a calendar year, good luck. You’ll be doing the job for them in order to find out whether that’s ever going to happen. Avoid this place if you want to avoid utter incompetence.

Beware of high pressure sales pitch. I scheduled a first time cleaning, and after an hour and a half of x-rays, visual exams, and 3D pictures of my teeth (all of which I did not ask for and they claimed my insurance would cover), they proceeded to hard sell me 10 different products and treatments I would need even though my teeth are fine. Then I had to speak with a manager about my “treatment plan” and scheduling a cleaning - which was what I scheduled the appointment for in the first place! I denied all the extras that no less than 3 hygienists gave me speeches about why I need and then they finally took me back for a mediocre 15 min cleaning and continued to tell me why I needed the extra services next time. Overall took 2 hours for what was supposed to just be a routine cleaning and was bombarded with high pressure to purchase extras that I don’t need. Will not be returning. Mom got here impressions done today by a young man named Leo. I really appreciated his courteousness to my mom and myself. He was thorough in his explanation of the process and procedures of the denture making. We really want to say that we are happy with him and Aspen Dental thus far. We have a couple more appointments to finish her journey with them(Aspen Dental).

My entire experience at the Gainesville, FL office was excellent! Unfortunately, due to an unknown side effect of a medication I've been taking for a long time, my teeth basically rotted and all had to be extracted. Dr. Son did a great job to ensure my comfort throughout the process. I had an issue after my final extraction, which caused a lot of pain. The entire office worked together, some even staying after hours, to ensure I was taken care of. I have since received my final dentures and the last tech who helped me was Leo. He suggested a product which is not readily available that has made wearing my dentures totally comfortable and effortless.

My wife Melissa has been getting regular dental work done there too, and she's had a similar experience.

Kudos to Dr. Son and his entire staff for a job well done. Keep up the great work!

I was able to schedule my check-up online,and get in the same day.

Upon arrival I was greeted by the front desk, and a very short time after the young lady was doing my x-rays. She was very efficient, and professional.

Even the Office Manager was awesome!!(Makes you feel good about giving your money for great service and that's hard to do) She even got me in for a cleaning with Heidi before I left.
Heidi is the best in the game!!

This dental office was an excellent experience! We had our x-rays, and consultations with the dental assistant, dental hygienist, and the dentist in a very efficient and effective office visit with Covid protocols all in place. They even made sure that we could get our cleanings the same day since we were coming from out of town. The cleaning was the most comprehensive I've ever had! We felt great afterward and will be following all of the suggestions they had for keeping our teeth healthy. I would highly recommend this office.

Really good staff in general everyone was pleasant and makes you feel comfortable. Jeff was exceptionally a great person to chat with as he worked magic with my payment plan and options. My dentist was great too he really broke down what he can do to give me my smile back. I feel I am in good care with the doctor and his wonderful staff. I look forward to keeping my smile it's best with this Aspen office. I highly recommend them.
