The Dental Technician, Dentist, Receptionist and the Insurance/Finance person were ALL professional and most important made me feel comfortable, non-judgmental, knowledgeable and kind. They were patient and answered all my questions. I am so excited for finding my smile again!

My first visit to Aspen Dental was also the first time at a dentist in several years. They had an impressive facility, state of the art equipment. A team of professionals X-rayed and evaluated my needs. I have confidence I will get valuable help in the next few months.

I had my final appointment with Aspen Dental today. My journey with this practice began in October 2014. I went in for my initial consultation. After filling out paperwork and indicating on multiple forms that I was pregnant, I was taken back to x-ray. After one set of x-rays was completed, I was taken to another x-ray room which had a warning posted for pregnant women. I spoke up and the technician nervously checked with the doctor. Clearly they hadn't read the forms, but assured me the first x-rays were not harmful for pregnancy but that we would not do the additional x-rays. The fact that they didn't read the forms I completed and their negligence in caring for my health and my child's health should have been enough indication for me to not return.
At the time of the consultation, they said they didn't currently have a dental hygenist to schedule a cleaning, and that they wouldn't be able to get me in for a few months. I was also told that I had three small cavities that needed to be filled but that it could wait until I delivered my child.
I finally had a cleaning appointment scheduled in January. The day of my appointment, I was called and notified that they needed to reschedule. Although highly unprofessional, I agreed to reschedule for February.
In February I waited an additional 45 minutes beyond my appointment time before I was brought back for a simple cleaning. They then reminded me of the cavities and printed out an estimate that my insurance would cover 100% of the fillings.
Today, I went back to have my cavities filled. 10 minutes after my scheduled time, I was brought back to verify my insurance. Conveniently, they discovered that they had input my insurance incorrectly previously, and that instead of the $0 I was initially quoted, I would be charged $195. I had enough and walked.
Although the late and weekend hours may be enticing, choosing a smaller, local dentist is a wiser choice compared to Aspen. I have never encountered such difficulty in getting dental care and am absolutely horrified at the lack of professionalism at Aspen.

The staff was extremely nice during each visit - from the front desk receptionist to the hygienist to the office manager to the dentist. Everyone was kind and patient and took their time to discuss the procedures they were going to perform and the rationale behind each as well. Aspen in Gainesville is second to none when it comes to friendly and professional dental care!!!

My dental hygienist is great and does as I some sensitive issues. But she takes great care. The dentist on staff at my last visit took time to check bridge work that needed an adjustment. I really needed that because I didn't know why or what was happening. I'm very pleased with my service. They are very friendly and helpful.

Had 1 molar extracted by a dentist not an oral surgeon. Price was at least half charged by an oral surgeon. Was going to have more teeth extracted but my dentist took the time and showed me xrays that convinced me they were worth saving. Had 2 crowns for 40 percent less than the price of other dentists. She also recommended a gold crown for 1 tooth because it would hold up better. She also fixed a small cavity at the gum line after
taking an x-ray and showing me it was not near the bone.

Staff are wonderful and seem to work well together. I had a great experience except for the waiting in between seeing the hygienist and the dentist. It took about 40 mins for me to finally see the hygienist after getting an X-ray. And another 10 min wait for the dentist.

I have this fear of going to the dentist but this visit was way better than any visit ever. I went in to talk about dentures but was told ok if that's what you want we at Aspen believe in doing what the customer ask. Robin, Jeff and Dr. Lehman (spelling) were very sensitive to my needs. After talking with each of them I was conveniece that dentures is an option but my teeth could be saved. Before my encounter with this trio; I was told no, we will treat gums and give you a partial once your bill is 3/4 paid no problem but the partial I had was a temporary that I was given two years and never received the permanent one so I never went back money gone. This visit with this trio was excellent I would follow them anywhere now. Thank you team Robin, Jeff and Dr. Lehman.😍😍😍😍😍

My appointment in Sept 2013 was a train wreck. I waited for a couple of hours for them to get to my xrays, before waiting some more for them to get around to bring a hygienist in to clean my teeth. I paid upon departure, and vowed to never go back there for an appointment again. I wasn't going to review them at all until now, a year later, I received a letter from the debt collector saying I owed them a debt that was passed on to them from Aspen Dental! Pulling up my records, I found where I did indeed pay (I was unsure at first), and now, due to this lovely dentist office, I get to fight debt collectors for an unknown amount of time.
To their credit, they did offer my 50% off my owed debt if I paid the first phone call. How gracious of them considering they are double charging me.

Everyone was very nice, the doctor was up front and honest. However the prices are crazy over priced. Wanting to charge almost $15,000 for full dentures, that price does not include 3 implants on the bottom, that would have been another 4-5 thousand each. Went to another dentist was quoted $8,000. Almost half of Aspens quote.
