I’m not one to usually do reviews because it takes time, but if I can save someone the headache and the scamming I’ve dealt with from this company then here we go. If I could give Aspen negative stars then I would. I wish I had read the reviews about what a scam Aspen was, but I decided to give them a chance. Biggest mistake ever! On July 2021 I went in for a periodontal cleaning, they gave me a plan and told me how much my insurance would cover and the total I would have to pay. They said I had to get my left quadrant done first (done on 7/9/2021) and then wait a few weeks so my right quadrant could be done (done on 7/23/2021) so my insurance would accept the claim. I did as they told me and I payed what they originally told me was due, but 8 months later I got a $311 bill from Aspen because they incorrectly charged my insurance company for incorrect quadrants done the second time I went in and they told me they would fix the issue, but I should just make the payment and they would reimburse me later so that an insurance collector wouldn’t get involved. Well I made the payment believing they would make the changes and to avoid my credit being ruined for this, but that was yet another dumb mistake. 4 months after I made the $311 I get a mail from my insurance and they actually made even more mistakes then they originally had and are making it seem like they did my left quadrant twice (instead of the one time that it was done on 7/9/2021) which my insurance denied and now Aspen is charging me an additional $99. It looks like Aspen is just trying to get my insurance and I to pay more by making a faulty claim… which is FRAUD and I should’ve reported them sooner but will be doing now. Please please please do not be as blind as I was to the scam that this company is.

I highly recommend this location! I have had the best experience, and it's been a while since I have had such a good experience with a dental office. The staff are so incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and they make sure you are comfortable and understand what you need and attend to those needs. They know how to take care of your smile and be kind while doing so. I have an amazing hygienist and the young woman who took my x-rays was so sweet. Even the receptionist was so nice! I am recommending this location to anyone who needs to see a dentist and needs dental work. Thank-you for making sure my smile is dynamite and of course healthy!

I had a crown that came off on a Sunday and I was able to make an appointment for Tuesday to see the dentist. The whole staff was great, treated kindly and professionally. I was also able to get my cleaning done the same day due to an opening with Whitney. Whitney was awesome, very educated and as gentle as she could be considering I haven't gotten a cleaning in over 4 years. The prices were not too bad even with needing 2 crowns, but was able to put on my Care Credit account for 18 months interest free. I would recommend this office for your dental needs.

Absolutely deplorable. I had my initial appointment in March 2022, where I payed for the X-Rays, as well as the initial 'get set up' appointment. Since then it has been an unmitigated disaster; couldn't get an appointment because my 'insurance was being processed' that lasted about a month. April and May were getting told by that I'd get a call back within the day to schedule, as they were too busy at that moment, after sitting on hold for over 30 minutes each time. Then today, I do my bi-weekly call to BEG for just a simple cleaning, and was told since I first went in they no longer accept my insurance. No remorse, no referral, literally told '...maybe a different dentist will take you.' I could afford to pay out of pocket, but that option was never even offered, and had to plead for my x-rays so I can run away from here as fast as possible; the only time I ever even heard slight compassion was on the corporate help number.
This owner also owns the new location on Archer Rd, so I assume the service is the same so no, I wont be 'trying our new location, its even closer to you!' Hilarious, and downright pitiful to suggest I would ever put myself through this again. If you want even decently passible dental care, do not go to this owners locations, unless you like receiving all the fun of sitting on hold, being belittled, reduced to begging, and ultimately told to hit the bricks and go someplace else.

Are you looking for a place you can count on to get your teeth worked on.
A co worker told me anout Aspen Dental and I had a tooth that was not giving me pain, but I knew it needed to be pulled out. So I made my oppontment and be for I knew it the tooth was giving me pain. I called them up and got me in the next day. WOW!!! I didn't have to wait for weeks with the pain. Got there about 8am and they got me right in and the Doctor was amazing. He was truly a good man and made my visit a great one.
That is till I got the shots of novecain around my infected tooth. The doctor did everything he could to make sure I was ok and made me laugh. After that he started on my other tooth, pulled that right out and I didn't hurt at all.
Aspen Dental is a one stop place for everything. No need to drive around from one place to another, they do it all.
They took my work Dental insurance and worked with me on payment options that will not break the bank.
The staff was amazing, my mother was with me and they were supper nice to here. They were understanding of her problem and helped her out as well.
Aspen Dental will be the only place I go for now on!!!

I feel so welcome every time I walk into the door at Aspen Dental on Newberry Rd. They make me feel as if I’m apart of their great team!!! They know me by name when I enter the lobby and that helps because, my anxiety is already high just going to the dentist!!!
I’m grateful for each and everyone!!!
Dr. Son, Ms. Frieda, Mr. Leo just to name a few, And of course those amazing ladies that greet me at the front desk! They all are so amazing! They make me feel right at home, like family!

Everyone at Aspen Dental were amazing! I listened to the receptionist deal with several patients that were extremely rude, in the most calm and knowledgeable manner. The X-ray tech was super friendly and supportive, as were the other technicians. Dr. Son was very understanding and did not make me feel shamed or uncomfortable. All the way to the finance department who was extremely helpful and explained everything to me so I could understand. I am extremely pleased and would recommend to anyone needing dental help.

I selected Aspen Dental after vetting quite a few places. Aspen Dental charged me only $84 for a consultation, whereas other places were at least $200. I selected Dr. Neel Patel because he was in my insurance network and had good reviews.
Dr. Patel was very good at answering my questions during the consultation. He really seemed to know what he was doing. When I showed a lot of anxiety, he spoke with me in a friendly manner, but also sternly, like a father. I needed that and it helped me.
All the staff were friendly and helpful. One count against them is they didn't let me know to pickup 1 medication before my wisdom teeth extraction. So I ended up taking that after, by pharmacy instructions.
The numbing needles were painful but that is normal; that was the worst part. I was numb for the entire wisdom teeth extraction and Dr. Patel did a nice, fast job. He always let me know which tooth he was going to do next, and said "I'm going to help you" when inserting the metal thing to help me open my jaw wider.
So far I have not experienced a lot of pain post-surgery. I have been following all the instructions carefully and eating only apple sauce, soups, etc. The instructions given to me for post-surgery care are very clear and the office made sure I have a 24/7 number to call with questions. They provided me with a good amount of pain meds, which I am really happy about; I have heard horror stories about other places not providing enough.
My only 1 star against Aspen Dental is how they didn't inform me about the pre-surgery medication when I called them 3 days beforehand. Also 1 assistant who'd promised she'd be there to hold my hand I guess became unavailable and wasn't there. So it was just me, the dr and the gauze/rinse lady.
I brought my teddy bear and no one laughed at me. I highly recommend Aspen Dental for cleaning or dental surgery, especially Dr. Neel Patel.

Horrible and painful experience. This place is a dental mill. I feel bad for all the employees they seemed nice. The doctor however was a nightmare. Looked in my mouth for ten seconds gave the diatribe about periodontal disease which is a lie they tell everyone who goes in, asked if I had any questions and left immediately before I had the chance to speak to him. I’ve never been treated so badly by a doctor and I grew up in and around the medical field (my dad had his own practice). I went in for help and they tried to scam me. Do not trust these people go to a real dentist office.
