I would have done 5 stars but the wait is long. Once you get past the wait the staff is GREAT THEY make you feel at ease and try so hard to accomadate you I have high anxiety and this amazing dental assistant Alvontay just calmed me right down. She makes you feel like you are her family not a stranger
The doctor came in and was equally amazing. She assured me my next appointment for my work would be easy and smooth and to not stress over it. Yes if you can stay patient enough to wait then the rest is awesome

Dr. Son is unbearably arrogant. I relayed my dental problem to the office prior to arriving. I was put through three different x-ray procedures by someone who was training (no problem, everyone has to learn) but one was uncomfortable.
Dr Son arrives in the exam room and immediately tells me he cannot do the work I needed. He never looked in my mouth, never looked at all the x-rays I was given, just, nope can't help you. His rudeness was shocking. I asked why I wasn't told he could not do the job before all the annoying x-rays and he brusquely said "I didn't get the message" which indicates to me he does not run an efficient office.

From the first encounter to the last the staff is polite, they smile, and are compassionate. Dr Son is the coolest Dentist I have ever met. He understand the situation and put a plan in place that would resolve my issues.
Payment options are plentifull and very affordable.
Great job Aspen. I will recommend them to everyone!!!

My teeth are a mess and the doctors and staff at Aspen Dental made me feel comfortable and assured me they would get me smiling again!

Everyone was open and caring. There was no judgement about my not being diligent with my dental care. The dentist and staff were clear in their explanations of the condition of my dental health and the best plan to proceed. I would recommend them to anyone looking to resolve their dental issues. The office manager works hard to find a financial plan to fit my budget. That is a big plus!

Aspen Dental is the best dental offices I have ever been to. They are very nice and very helpful and they let you know everything that pertains to you. All the girls there were really great, some of the best I’ve dealt with and they are very assuring and let me know that I was gonna be fine!! I got 4 teeth pulled and it was the easiest procedure I’ve been though and they were great!!

I like all the employees and Dr Son .The thing that upsets me is the fact that I was charged $304.00 to cement a small one piece bridge back into my mouth. Plus a $131.00 office visit. I really don't understand your pricing. But I've spent over $10,.000.in just a little over a year.I Thought Aspen was supposed to help you with lower prices then your regular dentists. But to charge $304. for a smidgen of cement is highway robbery. I Haven't any insurance ,which isn't your fault but your prices ,to me are unfair.

I love Aspen Dental. They have a more comfortable way to X-ray my mouth and with various payment options they take away my stress of not having enough money at the time. The dentist was careful and gentle sand I had a good experience. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

I really appreciated the service at Aspen Dental! I had a cleaning done by Whitney and she was very thorough. She explained every little detail to me with made me feel comfortable . Such a great experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a dental office!!

After waiting over an hour from my appointment time to being seen, I was greeted by Maddy, who was kind, friendly, professional and compassionate to peoples discomfort while needed to have materials in their mouth's for xrays. Everybody else was fine. The toughest part was hearing the cost of the dental work. Although the financial plan they had was at 14% interest, they did not break down what was critical to be done immediately and what can be skipped. Maybe I should have pursued this more.
