Aspen Dental

The staff at Aspen Dental is amazing. They genuinely care about their patients and go out of their way to make your time there a good experience. They’re so sweet and funny, not to mention great at their jobs. My mother and i had great experiences with dentists Dr. Lemus and Dr. Son, patient representatives Denise and Marshay, dental assistants Alicia and Alvonshay, dental hygienist Melissa, and Arlene at the front desk. I may have misspelled some names but they’re all incredible and I’m very appreciative to be in such good hands.

Went into Aspen only to find out I was at the wrong place but they took me in . I was having a really bad toothache . They were all very nice and helpful. They explained everything to me. I’m so happy that I ended up there. So Thank you Aspen Dental. You guys are awesome

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. The office looks great and is clean. They have hand sanitizer everywhere.

It was my first time being on my own dental insurance, and I left with a clean mouth, all the proper work done, a heavily discounted new Oral-B toothbrush, and a smile. I had no complaints. The staff was friendly and very nice, and they answered all my questions as well as gave recommendations.

I'm not very sensitive to discomfort so I can't comment on how it compares to other dentist practices that do that line of work. I haven't been to a dentist in more than a decade and although whatever I was doing worked out well for me since my teeth were still in good condition, I was happy when they really dug into the tiny spots to make sure everything was cleaned out. This may be uncomfortable for some, but the staff did inform me to let them know if anything was uncomfortable. So, for those of you who are more focused or able to handle the deeper cleans, I definitely got one.

I met Dr. Lemus for a filling since I lost one part of it. I have a great amount of fear when it comes to sitting in the dentist chair. Much of my history has been plagues with painful experiences. Dr. Lemus has never caused me pain in her. She explained every step of what she was going to do which made me not feel so scared.
Also, the staff are warm, friendly and professional. I am thank you to Aspen dental team.

LIES! We specifically asked if my wife could get an extraction done at the time of the appointment we set over the phone. We even had the price quoted over the phone. We drove an hour to get there only to be told this was a consultation and that the work couldn't be done for a few days... What a horrible thing to do! You don't mislead people in pain asking for emergency care. Thankfully, we found a place that was honest and did the work that day. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I was not impressed with Aspen. My insurance company made the appointment with them. I arrived 25 min before appt. My appt. was 9:30
at 10:30 I was given a x-ray and then say the Doctor. Still not impressed. I was asking about implants. I was told the dentures I had would not work with implants . Then I was told my policy did not have dental so it would be out of pocket pay. I was not told the price or if they had payment as I am living on SS. I will find another DDS. Don

I was initially frustrated when the receptionist told me they didn't except my insurance. I had gone with that insurance company specifically because they said my dentures were covered. The office manager came to my rescue with a plan to pay. I went from depressed to ecstatic. Thank you Aspen Dental. 🪥

Found the staff to be super friendly and professional. Dr. went over all the x-rays and made his recommendations. There was no pressure to make decision that day. The financial person gave me all the options to help me determine how to pay for the necessary treatments. Hope to return shortly to complete them.

Dont come here !!! They do try and bind you into expensive treatments definitely. After I refused to get the treatments bcuz I couldn't afford them even with my Insurance companies assistance which is over $1500 he refused to fill any of my teeth or give me a general cleaning. Stating that fillings wont stay in and I would have excessive bleeding if he attempted to clean them. This place will find a way to suck money from your pockets.STAY CLEAR!

Friendly staff. The dentist was honest and very helpful. My dental situation is serious and a little complicated, the dentist assured me he would do his very best to help me. My husband had went here as well and he had a fantastic experience as well.
