Another commercial dental affiliated company , push , push the big dental procedure instead of what I was concerned with having done. I wanted a broken tooth estimate instead I received an overblown estimate for procedures I was not concerned about aaagghh !!! They were really really really short staffed , if I heard the receptionist say "really" one more time I was going to walk out . How is a professional business such as Aspen Dental short handed 5 employees ? Thanks but no thanks . I STILL only want my broken tooth fixed ... Still looking .

Arrived 15 minutes early for an 8:00 AM appointment. After sitting in the waiting room until 8:30 AM, I'm told that it is now too late past my appointment time and I would have to reschedule. No apologies for wasting my time, no explanation for why they just had me sit in the waiting room. If this was a one-time occurrence, maybe I could understand. However, I have not once (in 3 years) made an appointment that was actually honored by Aspen. They always have some excuse and always have to reschedule, most times not telling you until you are in the office waiting. Terrible service and I will not use Aspen again.

Quoted $399 to replace husbands bottom denture by phone, Dentist recommended upgrade but agreed in exam room to do $399. @ checkout received quote of $7,000. and $1,700, and told Dr didn't want to do $399. Waited over 3hrs to reconfirm with Dr $399 denture okay. Office staff & Dr friendly, but check out personnel needs to learn how to listen to patient needs.

As a new patient here this week I’ve had a very pleasant experience. For my exam on Wednesday a really sweet girl took my x-rays and did a great job. Afterwards she told me it was her 3rd day working there and I was her first patient that she didn’t need help with which was very exciting! She and Dr. Lemus explained in detail the condition of my teeth which I found very fascinating and I’m grateful they took the time to do so. Then this morning(Friday) I came in for a filling from Dr. Lemus who was very efficient and kind. She and her assistant Alvonshay made the whole process very welcoming and warm, which would’ve been stressful otherwise. I hardly had to wait, and the two of them were comforting and made sure I was okay the entire time. The numbing has worn off now, and with the new filling my bite feels exactly the same, I can’t even tell which tooth my filling is on to be honest(and I’ve tried looking for a while now). My only complaint is that their pricing is a lot higher than advertised online, but that’s not something the staff could help, the receptionist explained that prices are based on location. I look forward to my next teeth cleaning and recommend Aspen to others. Also, happy birthday to the receptionist! (I’m sorry for the names I couldn’t remember)

I was super nervous about going to a dentist after 2 years but Aspen made it painless and an all around good experience. The staff was great. A lot better than my old dentist. Only problem is the pricing but with the Careington plan it's ok

My visit at this aspen was great the assistant GABY made me feel so welcomed, she explained everything thoroughly and as my examination proceeded the hygienist was also super Informative and explained to me the steps I should take for my upcoming cleaning. I highly recommend this location!

They switched my 86-yo mother’s appt. to the Butler branch without telling her. When we got there they said they don’t take her insurance “at this branch.” Nuff said — keep looking.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!! RIPOFF ARTISTS!! 1st time I went to Aspen Dental they put fluoride on my teeth without asking and then demanded I pay for it ($50 not covered by insurance). The second time I went to Aspen Dental they lectured me for 15 minutes about not coming often enough (twice a year isn't enough??) and then all of the sudden I need to pay an extra $175 for a deep cleaning, not covered by my insurance. NO THANK YOU!! These ripoff artists will find a way for you to pay much more than your insurance covers for things you DO NOT NEED! AGAIN, BE WARNED!!

The front desk staff was very very pleasant and the dental assistant Elajah Harris was very nice he took his time and explained every little detail to me he kept me comfortable offering me a blanket because it was freezing in there u know just the small things he had wonderful Chair side manners!!!!!! I give him a 10+ And then the Dentist she was a young lady very nice knows her thang!!! She did an excellent job! And last her assistant that helped her with the procedure she was wonderful I don't remember her name but she Was light skinned and had two gold teeth she was wonderful she kept me claim and talked to me throughout the procedure they were all just wonderful and I will definitely b going back! They helped me find my smile again! Thanks Aspen Dental.
