KEEP LOOKING, this office is clearly all about money and not at all about the patient. I was in the ER Saturday for unbearable tooth pain where they were unable to do anything besides give me a small amount of antibiotics to hold me over until I got to the dentist. When I arrived at aspen dental Monday morning they took X-rays and gave me an exam. Everything seemed to be going fine until Dr. Son came in. He was VERY rude, so much that I was taken back and couldn’t believe the things he felt was okay to say to a patient let alone a new patient who had never been seen by him before. He then told me my options and the prices but was very pushy about doing the more expensive procedure.Before leaving I let the office know I would need to go with the procedure that cost less and somehow the price went up.. $600. I am in excruciating pain, he would not prescribe me any antibiotics or anything for the pain. So if you are in pain or have an emergency do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. But if your okay with being insulted and ripped off this is the place !

Aspen dental employees, Dentist, and Dental Assistant were all great. They were very nice and professional. There financial adviser was very helpful. The work I got done went really really good. I'm very satisfied with the outcome.

Went to Aspen, knowing I would need A LOT of work. The experience was very enjoyable. Super knowledgeable staff. Sierra was absolutely wonderful. Very talkative in a really great way. Kept me calm, when normally I hate the dentist. Highly recommend!!

Honor verbal commitments made by regional managers. Don't make promises and/or verbal agreements that you will not keep. I was promised a free electrical toothbrush at the end of my care, but because it was not in writing the regional manager who made this agreement with me failed to provide the electrical tooth brush; after I finished my treatment plan in which my total out of pocket was approximately $1,980 with my insurance it was approximately $5,000. I was present and on time for each appointment, and I paid for services before services were rendered. I think this was a true disservice to me and was the overall reasoning for my ratings on Aspen Dentals survey.

This dentist office has a welcoming and professional atmosphere. When you walk in the lobby is spacious and clean. The receptionist is fast and alert. And the mission is clear, they are here to see you through and complete and engaging dental experience.

Let me start with, whoever works at the emergency call center is terrible and bad at their job. However even with the mix up, which was being scheduled a month out for emergency tooth extraction, the employees made time for my tooth to get taken care of. The doctor was amazing, didn't even feel the needles go into my mouth, and definitely didn't feel any pain during the extraction. 10/10 will be a repeat customer for all of my dental needs! Pricing was great to, paid 600$ for my last extraction, Aspen only charged me 330.00. Amazing company.

I have had a great experinace with Dr Son. I feel he is a very good man and a great dentist. However the billing office is very poor. They do not answer inquiries , return calls, or answer letters. I have recorder of my paying bills each time I have been seen. Then I start to receive additional billing for visits I paid for. I have stop in to ask for someone to explan the bills to me. They are too busy to see you now. We will call. you. NO calls. I have written letters, 3. I have received on response.
Dr Son I hope you see this because this is no way to run an office.

This dental facility is very clean & organized. The DA was very nice & polite. She conversed with me throughout letting me know everything she was doing as did the hygienist. Dr. Son was very detailed on what treatment was best for me & gave a step by step outline as to how to get me back to my healthiest smile. 😁
