I went here once and I had a truly horrible experience. I was kept waiting for over 2 hours for 10 mins with the doctor. I asked to be seen twice and was told 'it would only be a little longer'. I decided to schedule another appointment in case it was a fluke, but when I called I was left on hold for 20 mins when the woman went to 'go get my file'. Since then I've been hounded by Aspen Dental to pay for that visit which they told me was free. Even after I called several times and straightened it out, they still sent bills and eventually sent a final notice before they were going to go to a creditor. It only got worked out after waiting on hold for a manager who personally updated my account. Save yourself the trouble, and find a different dentist.

Below zero stars if there were the option. Dishonesty (be careful with the information they give you at first in order to get your business). Zero transparency. After the final visit, they owed me (I got credits to come back for cleaning), a couple of months later, enough time to clear any claim with the insurance company, they sent me a bill!. Some other reviewers also talked about the surprises they give you - overcharged hidden costs. I never come back. Performances are poor (they temporary recemented a crown before I went on two trips, both times it fell off after a day. I did a much better job myself with some jel. Made a crown with the weirdest shape, absolutely no care how it looks in a mouth of someone). All about their profits. The office treats you as a kid. The moment you walk in, you are provided a form to sign right away (your financial responsibility, so read carefully, even you just see a dentist for the initial, free estimate). After the visit, they gave you a sheet of paper with itemized items that even confused the receptionist who did not prepare the chart. I liked the dentist I worked with, and the x-ray technicians, but receptionists are rude and inefficient. I came to them after my dentist passed away. A horrible experience.

Let's see, I've been trying to get oral surgery for 8 weeks now... missed 3 days of work and met with 4 different postponements and lots of "I'm sorry's" from the office manager, yet still suffering in pain and not a lick of work has been done. Insurance approved almost 15k in benefits and they're still dragging their heels. No further appointments have been scheduled and they do not return phone calls or emails as promised. "I'll get back to you tomorrow" was stated to me 2 weeks ago and I still have not heard anything. I would not recommend the Gainesville, FL Aspen Dental office to anyone... not even my dog. I was even promised a follow up by a district manager, and have not heard from her since the day I first complained about the service... or lack thereof. Stay away from Aspen Dental

Since COVID, I was a little concerned about visiting a fental office. I must say, ASPEN DENTAL made me feel very comfortable. New patient paperwork was filled out on line, then they had everything printed and asked me to sit in my car and someone would come get me. Their office was very, very clean and they took great measures to make sure everything was sanitized. Way to go ASPEN DENTAL! I would highly recommend the Gainesville, FL location.

Made an appointment for an extraction 2 months ago. Tooth hurting I went in and was given free exam and x-rays. Told I would have to see an oral surgeon just to have the tooth extracted and that he only shows up once a month. When I made the appointment two months ago I told them I needed the tooth pulled. Upon checking out was not given any pain medicine until I spoke up. Dr. wrote a prescription for a pain medicine that no longer exists on a Friday afternoon right before they closed. Now I am stuck calling the after hours emergency phone number just to get the correct prescription. Who after 4 hours has still not called.

Most definitely not returning to this office ever again.

Got my wisdom teeth pulled in late December 2019.... 2 weeks later my face Is paralyzed on the left side. It is now September and my face is still paralyzed. The doctor who performed my wisdom tooth removal should just retire. He couldn't find his way across the facility and he could barely even talk without stuttering. I went in to ask about this and he literally said " Nope not me, not my fault". Please don't waste your time here. I literally have permanent nerve damage from this place

The entire staff was friendly and helpful! Arleen Checked me in with a smile, Alvonshay worked well with Dr. Lemus who gave me great dental hygiene tips, as they examined and cleaned my teeth. Marché, the consultant made the treatment and payment plan simple for me! Overall the staff had great energy !

I have been going to Aspen Dental for the last 4-5 years for minor and major dental care. I have always received excellent staff customer service and highly professional dental care.
I had an appointment this month November 2017 and received the finest
customer service and professional concern that I have ever experienced.
I was quickly scheduled, quickly treated and handled with utmost kindness.
I had my dental work done by Dr Anna Lemus DMD a new dentist to
my Aspen experience. She was kind, soft spoken, beautiful and most
interested in explaining things to me. I have never in my 50 years of
adult life felt at peace and confident as with her. The procedure was performed quickly and perfectly. I am very impressed with her work
and will return to Aspen if needs arise. The entire experience was
painless and because of her and her assistant almost enjoyable.
I dont write many reviews but Dr. Lemus and the customer service
staff at Aspen Dental on Newberry Rd, Fl are exceptional!

Professional, clean and courteous. They got me in and out, worked with me on payment options and they were very friendly.
