I really appreciated the professionalism of the office staff. The actual visit was thorough and each staff individually explained every detail pertaining to their position. I would absolutely recommend Aspen Dental to friends and family.

Aspen Dental is a great dental office. They have two Dentist who have done a great job of putting me at ease. I've had a bridge and a partial built and they have gone the extra mile to make sure all fits well with no pain. Everyone in the office is very professional working to make sure you are taken care of. I have recommended this office to my friends and family.

The staff is incredibly nice, they even remembered me from my initial visit over 6 months ago. They ACTUALLY CARE about their patients and the surgeon did a great job. He was also very patient with me, because I'm very scared of dentists period. I has an ongoing issue, went in for just x-rays, they managed to fit me in last second to get me out of extreme pain and took care of all it same day. I have insurance and even with my insurance the prices were actually surprisingly fair for what had to be done. They took care of me on a Friday, my surgeon told me to contact him for ANY reason if I needed him, even over the weekend, whether they were closed or not. They make sure you're comfortable & took great care of me and very quickly but still took his time to make sure I was ok. Extra x-rays, to be 100% positive everything was good and fixed.
I would literally 10,000% reccomend them, and I'm talking about the office on newberry road in Gainesville FL. They're definitely the best dentist/ surgeon I've seen, since I had Dr. Stakem in Fleming island take my wisdom teeth out. I will be going back for further treatment and to correct my smile & missing teeth. I have been to quite a few as I have other health issues that contributed to the damage as well as a car accident. I definently trust them and wouldn't go anywhere else! They are absolutely amazing!

I’ve gone to about three appointments. They do such a bad job at cleaning . And the only time I saw the dentist, he was careless, and seemed more interested in flirting with the young staff than he was doing his job. The staff there are kind enough, but it doesn’t make up for the poor job they do.

I have never been so disrespected by a dentist nor ever had to wait two hours to be seen with an appointment. Everyone who walked out of there looked angry that they came. The dentist wanted to operate on a tooth that I wasn't there for. I went for a filling that fell out but instead he wanted to do things his way or no way. I have a beautiful smile and give everyone the benefit of the doubt but this is unacceptable! Worst dentist office ever!

The staff and dentist are all very friendly. Although I find it hard to reach them by phone most of the time. Their teleprompter will hang up on you when asked to select 2 if you are an existing patient. Also you can never get complete dental work done in a single visit. Always have to return for the actual dental procedure process. They are either understaffed or over booking otherwise would be able to get all dental procedure done on initial visit.

The one good thing I can say is I got a free x-ray, which saved a little money at the place I eventually went to.
First it took 3 months to get my free exam, then they tried to make up the money from the free exam by saying I needed a lot of work done. I've never had dental problems in the past, and my old dentist always said my wisdom teeth would come in fine. Aspen Dental said I should get them all removed and that I had gum disease.
I went to get a second opinion, and they said that the bone decay in the x-ray was due to clenching, not gum disease.
I saved myself $300 by paying for a second opinion.

The staff was kind, efficient and patient. On my first appt I had x-rays and exams by a hygienist and a dentist. I received recommendations with options reguarding my treatment. They even offered financing and I left with a detailed treatment plan.

Alicia at Gainesville, Fl Aspen Dental is absolutely amazing. She is very attentive to the person she is talking too. And very sweet. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for work done, honestly. The whole staff is top notch!

My new patient visit went just fine, my first cleaning they claimed I did not have an appointment despite having my appoinment card in hand for the same date and time. Now, six months later from my actual cleaning I get a call the day before saying that their second hygienist is no longer available for my appointment. Not a big deal right? Well my only availability is on Tuesday, which is apparently a hopping day in the dentistry world, so the next opening they have for me is at the end of February. Anyways, find a better dentist everyone!
