Terrible experience with these people. Dragged things out for almost two years and in the end I just gave up and left with unfinished work. They tried multiple times to make a partial for me and each time it was worse rhan the previous. The Korean guy that runs the place is lazy and doesn't really care about doing things right. They try to sell you their deep clenings as soon as you walk through the door and want you to repeat that every chance they get. Wouldn't recommend this place for my dogs teeth.

I don't have insurance and i needed dental work done on a broken molar tooth thats completely destroyed and top 10 hurtful toothaches, but Aspen offered to give me a "free" exam seeing that i would be a new patient and that exam went very well and they did a amazing job. Even though i cannot afford there prices i still wanted to show my support and love for this dentist office because they did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and safe during the exam. Anyone looking for a great dentist in the Gainesville FL should visit Aspen Dental. If you are want kind happy people around you this is the place to go. I am still searching for dentist who helps folks with no insurance but I really wanted to share my experience with everyone even though i didn't actually receive any work.

In July, I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning. After the initial examination, I was told I would have to do a "deep cleaning" before I could get a normal cleaning. I questioned that, but the dentist told me he couldn't clean my teeth because his license would be in jeopardy unless I did a deep cleaning at a cost after insurance of $350. He said then I could come in a few months for the regular cleaning.

Today, I went back for the regular cleaning. Upon entering I was told that my charge would be $100 because I needed another deep cleaning. My insurance covers 2 free cleanings per year.
I protested that again, but was given the same line about, "license at risk." I am 66 years old and have been going to dentists regularly since childhood. NEVER have I been ripped off like I was at Aspen- money, time, inconvenience, frustration. They just wanted to milk my insurance and me a bit more. I walked out.
DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL SCAM ARTIST!

Absolute great care with the customer service They explain every step the dental process. Explained every treatment plan in detail and was very open with any question and concern I had. Aspen has always treated me with respect and made me feel welcome every time. I have not experienced great care at any other dentist office but here. I will continue going to them for the years to come . Excellent job !!!

This was my second visit with Aspen Dental for a tooth extraction. As before, the staff was very professional and receptive. The accountant Christian was especially helpful in setting up a payment plan for upcoming procedures. I was very impressed with the dentist, Dr Nicole Skakavac. He did everything to make me comfortable before, during, and after the procedure. His chair-side manner is one of the best I've ever received. I highly recommend Aspen Dental and Dr Skakavac to anyone requiring dental surgery.

I really appreciate to their professional service. one of the lady is bilingual so that I am crystal clear. the Frontdesk lady is very kindness and patience. Dr Son is so professional to find out the issue and guide me for the next steps. the lady who exam my Gum are very gently so that I don’t feel plain. thanks for all their efforts.

Worst dentist I’ve ever been to. The office staff are unorganized and it’s not uncommon to wait 20-30 minutes for an appointment. The head male dentist is extremely rude and condescending, having no issues berating his staff in-front of patients or discussing other patients issues in-front of patients. I wouldn’t even take a dog here, I literally had to walk out during my most recent visit due to how disgusted I was by the service. On top of everything else, I have yet to receive my refund for the first visit that is supposedly free, yet I paid $130 out of pocket.

Just spent $1500 dollars for new dentures at the Gainesville FL Aspen Dental. Received my dentures on Monday. I called on Wednesday to schedule an appointment to have them readjusted since they were too uncomfortable to even wear. The earlieat appointment they could give me was 3 weeks out! This is my 4th set of dentures, my most expensive set to date, and the WORST fitting set I have ever owned. Seems that customer satisfaction is a very low priority. I was misled into thinking that an adjustment woyld be handled very promptly. Dont waste your money. It took 5 weeks to get the worst dental product on the market!!!

I Called the Aspen Dental In Gainesville Florida about two months prior to make an appointment for me and my daughter. They called the day prior to confirm that I was still coming, which I did. When I went there, the wait time was very, very, very long. When we went to the counter to get checked in they told me that I was not confirmed, I was very upset because I confirmed my appointment the day before.

They were able to squeeze only my daughter in after waiting for over an hour. They apologized and assured me that they will call me to schedule another appointment so I could be seen the next day being that they are the ones that messed up.

After waiting for almost two hours, my daughter was seen. It took another hour or more before we were checked out. I was then given a huge price for the treatment plan and given the option to do a payment plan. I agreed to try and was asked for my social security number, however, I was not informed that they would be pulling my credit.

Long and short I will not be going back to this dentist, they are way too expensive and their follow-up, wait time, and accountability is terrible
