Dr. Nic took very good care of removing my wisdom tooth yesterday. I felt no pain or discomfort during it. It was successful, he stitched me up and I have had barely any swelling and or pain. He even took the time to write out all my prescriptions for me. Thank you!

Every time I come in contact with Aspen in Gainesville, FL it is pleasant. Megan answers the phone with a friendly voice, is wonderful to encounter when I come into the office. It doesn't matter who I see when I come in, everyone is welcoming, comforting, concerned and helpful.

The first time I went to the office Victoria was so friendly that I felt like I had been there many times. Both doctors talked with me about my treatment and listened to my concerns and WE agreed upon how to proceed. When I had my teeth cleaned, I was told what was happening and why. This is a first! I've never felt terrified about going to the dentist, but visiting Aspen was enjoyable!

Clean office, everyone smiles an was friendly, The Doctor was on top form, My Spouse does not like dental visits, but she made him feel comfortable an he didn't feel like running out the first open door!!! Customer service was also extremely helpful with information we would need to get all the dental work done. I give this office a perfect 10.

I have received exceptional treatment and care at Aspen Dental in Gainesville, FL. Freida Holmes, Dental Assistant, is highly competent, professional, and caring. I could not have asked for any better anywhere. I have absolute trust and confidence in my dentist, Dr. Son. Thank you for such a positive dental experience!

Broke a molar over the weekend. Went in with no appointment on Monday. They only had one doctor, so couldn't see me right away. They asked that I come back at 4.00 pm. I came back at 4.00 pm and was seen very quickly quickly. Thorough dental exam to include many x-rays. Doctor gave me a complete briefing on my dental state and on my broken tooth. Even pointed out a broken tooth to me that I didn't know was broken until she showed me. I didn't have dental insurance when I broke my tooth. Signed up for it (a little late) and it won't go in effect until July 1st, 2018. The good folks at Aspen scheduled my return visit for July 2nd, so that I won't have to pay the full load for a crown out of pocket. And by the way, the entire exam and scheduling was free!! Highly recommend this place. If I was in pain, or had exposed nerves or something, I would have had to do something. But in no pain, and got good advice from the dentist to avoid hard foods and return in July. I haven't been to a dentist in years, but I will definitely be going back here. Everyone was very nice. Especially the financial lady at the end.

I would like to start off by saying that I'm very pleased and satisfied with the work and my results from the team players at Aspen. My first visit followed by many more were always welcoming and professional from everyone there. My favorite of them all were Dr. Minsung Son, DMD, P.A. He was so up front and to the point, he basically told me what I needed to know and hear about dental procedures that was needed on my behalf. I loved his honesty throughout the process and for that I'm smiling and glowing. The entire staff rock. Thank you so much Freida Holmes for you assistance and patience and lastly to Mr. Jeff Nettles office manager for all your financial assistance and help. I recommend Aspen to anyone who's looking for a professional and caring environment.

This place needs to get their scheduling in order. They scheduled my appointment for 4 and I'm still waiting to be seen after 30 minutes. This is not the first time this has happened. They also scheduled me for an appointment and then when I got there, they told me they should not have scheduled me an appointment until I seen an orthodontic. I recommend looking elsewhere. In the process of finding a new dentist.
Decided to give this place another chance but it was a huge mistake.They screwed me over big time and did nothing to fix the situation. I was told they verified my dental plan with my insurance and that they would pay a percentage of it and gave me how much I would owe. After each visit I paid my portion and assumed everything else was being handled by my insurance. I came in for my final visit and was told they could not complete my implant due to me owing $2250. They should consider sending these so called "verification of coverage" to the dental insurance to guarantee the cost and coverage. Very poor business and wish I never trusted them. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I should have known better after reading some of the reviews but I thought they just went on the wrong day or something but nope turns out this happens often with this place. Just make sure if you use them, you make them send the estimated cost to your insurance company or send it yourself to make sure they cover the costs.

Tried to make an appointment on a Friday morning. Was informed they will speak to doctor and call me back. I had to call them back the following week. I had clearly expressed this was time sensitive as I needed to have the work done before a month was out. When I called back the following week to make an appointment they advised me they would not put me on the schedule until they received my x Ray's (from another Aspen).. So there would be more of a delay even. When they told me I needed to wait I said I would try another avenue. ThosTwas the second call and it took 15 minutes of their time as well as needing to have discussions with the dentist..it's just very inefficient. So I called another Aspen in the same area..a 3 minute phone call got me scheduled with all information clearly understood about my time sensitive issues and x-rays being brought in. THIS Aspen needs to train their scheduling staff better.

Everyone on the team is kind and caring. They efficiently go about taking care of your dental needs, while never loosing sight of the fact that the person they are helping has feelings and emotions. Maintaining your oral health is a prime concern for them, passing no judgment on the cosmetic condition of your teeth. There is no effort to upsell any product or service, but they will quickly answer any question you might have.

I had a horrible experience. I contacted aspen dental to see if they do emergency dental services for non patients because I have a tooth that needed to be extracted and I was in pain. I was told yes and she checked although I live in Gainesville she told me that office was booked and I would have to drive to Ocala which was fine because I was in serious need only to get there and have them do x-rays and nothing for my tooth at all in fact they tell me I need my two wisdom teeth removed as well and that the surgeon want remove the tooth that was bothering me unless I get all three removed. Not only did I not get help but was told I would have to pay upfront for the removal of all three teeth before I could schedule an appointment which would have been two weeks later. I have never heard of such garbage. They are a rip off.
