Vista Ridge Family Dentistry

This office and staff are wonderful! My wife and I are fairly new residents of Texas (2017) and were looking for local physicians and dentists to sign up with. Vista Ridge Family Dentistry was recommended by our son and his wife and we are glad we listened to them!

The new doctor seemed nice, however, be warned! i was hesitant to return years later as their ortho 'care' left a bad taste in my mouth. They lured me back in with a quoted price of $149 for a hygeine appointment and then attempted to bill me $1200. The nurse who hurriedly scraped my teeth was hyperfocused on efficiency and rushed through my cleaning, missing the one spot that prompted to schedule. I refused to pay based on principle and got out unscathed. Trust your gut instinct people.

Great experience! They were very nice and all of their equipment is fancy and new. They spent time talking with me to make sure I understood everything, and didn't feel rushed. They made my 3 year old daughter feel very comfortable. Best of all, they accept our insurance, so they didn't cost us an arm and a leg! Thank you, Vista Ridge Family Dentistry!

It was my first time going to a dentist in 2 years and the last dentist I had was terrible; I did not like her at all. Going here was such a joy, I was very nervous because I'm not the biggest fan of going to dentists; but now I am excited to go back. They were very friendly and took their time, even though they were really wanting to go to lunch. This place deserves more than 5 stars :)

Great experience at Vista Ridge Family Dentistry.

I’ve already undergone a procedure at Vista Ridge last week. All of their staff and chair side assistants are over-the-top with patience, respect, sympathy, and professionalism. I’m very encouraged to continue having Vista Ridge Family Dentistry take care of my current and future dental needs. This office was truly a dream come true for me in helping to EASE MY ANXIETY. I would highly recommend this dentist office and especially if you have anxiety.

My experience was like night and day compared to a very sad experience I had with a dentist in a small town and have and continue to experience PTSD from this bad experience from the past.

Moving forward, Vista Ridge Family Dentistry has totally helped to ease my anxiety. I feel blessed knowing I don’t have to worry during appointments anymore.

I called Sunday night and left a voicemail about a crack filling with no pain and looking for a time to come in as a new patient. Monday morning at 7:30 am I received a call to schedule my appointment. I arrived and was seen quickly by doctor Max Kerr. He was funny and it was a great experience and he matched my tooth better than before. The whole office staff was also a pleasure to work with and I highly recomend using 'VR Family Dentistry.

When your trip to the dentist is the calming part of your week you know... A. it's been a rough week and B. You found a great dentist.

I haven't seen Dr. Kerr in a couple years since I started seeing Dr. Patel, but the quality of care you receive from everyone is exceptional and I think that starts from the top. Everyone is friendly from the moment you walk in the front door, and it flows smoothly through out until they send you of with a see you next time.

Aleysha has to be the kindest, most gentle person ever. You can tell she really cares, listens without judgement, and is always concerned first and foremost with your care and comfort. You don't meet many people that genuine. I appreciate that.

Then you bring in Dr. Patel, with that same genuine level of care and concern and add in a sharp sense of humor, a deep appreciation of the band Queen, and a sense of warmth and calmness that puts you at ease.

Best dentist anywhere. I'll be back even if I ever leave the area.

I've been a patient for a year, and I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Hedgecock and his staff at Vista Ridge Family Dental! He is super nice and takes the time to get to know his patients, which is something that I have not experienced with other dentists. His staff is very friendly and always make me feel welcome. Going to the dentist can be quite intimidating and scary at times, but Dr. Hedgecock constantly makes sure that I am comfortable during all procedures. I really like how he explains what he will be doing in terms I can understand, and he encourages me to voice any concerns or questions that I have.

I have never once felt rushed or that Dr. Hedgecock was doing a less than a superb job on the many procedures that my husband and my self have had done there. I can tell he truly cares about his patients and wants the best for them. It is awesome to have a dentist who goes out of his way to help his patients without making them feel guilty for previous dental neglect. He is down-to-earth, yet very professional. I used to dread going to the dentist, but now I know that I will be in good hands. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Hedgecock to anyone. I am so glad that I found him, and I will continue to see him for years to come!

These guys are great! Needed an emergency tooth extraction. Not only did they schedule me same day but I was out within an hour! Plus they have tv's to watch while you get work done!

I have been seeing Vista Ridge Family Dentistry for years and my husband had a some what of an emergency situation with an infection in the gum where he had a wisdom tooth. They got him in and taken care of within an hour! Pulled the tooth and he is resting comfortably (FINALLY!) at home with medications. I owe these folks....greatest group out there by far. Do not go see anyone else!! FYI for what it was my husband said he had the most enjoyable experience.
