Vista Ridge Family Dentistry

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Kerr, Dr. Patel and Alicia for several years now and we have a great experience every time we are there. The atmosphere is very friendly including the front desk staff and the doctors and hygienists make sure to help the patients understand the process and next steps, etc. Unnecessary services are not pushed onto the patient and both me and my 7-year old come back with a clean smile and a few laughs while talking to Alicia and Dr. Patel during the visits :) Thank you, Vista Ridge Family Dentistry for your caring attitude towards your patients!

Update - I have not been having a good experience recently - when I needed to reschedule an appointment (had to call several times only to be transferred by the representative as rescheduling needed to be handled by somebody specific only to reach her voicemail without any calls returned)

and with billing (insurance says they cover the service provided, just that they need proper filing of paperwork from provider/Vista Ridge dentistry and they are willing to get on a conference call with service provider to get on the same page but again, nobody from provider billing deptt. can be reached ever other than their voicemail and instead, it becomes the patient responsibility)

or the front office (not friendly)!

Dr. Patel and the staff are absolutely wonderful. It’s a most pleasant atmosphere from the moment you walk in the door until you’ve finished your appointment there’s professionalism and a family type surrounding. Until I met DrPatel and her team, I hated going to the dentist. Now it’s not such a threatening experience. Everything is clearly explained and your comfort is their goal. I love them!

When I relocated to this area, I had the painful task of reestablishing doctors for our whole family. I thought I was going to have to try a few before finding one that we were comfortable with. But it was clear that after my first visit, we had found our family dentist at Vista Ridge. The friendly staff is there not only to explain every procedure, but also to make you as comfortable as possible. We have been going to them for two years and although my family's care is routine, I had several procedures done and it they have always been done with the utmost care.

I came to Vista Ridge to get a second opinion on a crown that another sub-par dentist had done and screwed up. The experience has been simply amazing! Dr. Kerr was straight forward, personable, and professional. He explained everything thoroughly and in plain terms. He walked me through the imagery as well as the treatment options. Dr. Kerr greets you the moment you are called back to your appointment and talks through everything with you which I have previously never experienced at a dentist.

At my appointment, I got accurate pricing for my crown was able to go home and consider the options without hassle or pressure to schedule the procedure. I decided to schedule the procedure and went in for the first part of the procedure two weeks after the initial consult. Again, Dr Kerr greeted me from step 1. He continually checked on my pain level and comfort throughout the procedure. The procedure went smoothly with very little discomfort. I left their office and went home. The next day I received a call from Dr. Kerr himself, not a robot or a receptionist, but Dr Kerr himself, inquiring about my comfort and if I had any questions.

The bottom line is the service level was well above average and the patient experience is flawless. Dr Kerr is very thorough and professional while maintaining patient friendly communication. I will continue to go to Dr Kerr for my dentistry from now on. Thank you Dr. Kerr and staff for maintaining business practices that are very hard to find these days.

Dr. Kerr and his staff were so nice and made me feel like they genuinely cared about me. Their office is very clean and they have a little play area for kids. The x-rays, cleaning and review of my teeth were thorough even though I was on a time restraint, which they accommodated without hesitation. I will definitely return in the future.

This place is always amazing!! The girls there make you smile and feel welcomed. Sarah and nicole were my teeth cleaning experts today!!! They are gentle when taking the X-rays and work very well together!!! Defiently love coming here, they are like one big family!!! Come here!

Dr. Kerr is awesome! He was thorough and professional.,His diagnostic skills are great, and he lays out all the options before starting in with a treatment plan. He spotted some previous dental work that was deteriorating, and he fixed it up better than before. Best of all, he has a personality that completely puts you at ease. Great doc! Would definitely recommend!

Vista Ridge is the best dental experience I've ever had. Scheduling appointments was easy. Working with Dr. Kerr with my orthodontic options was very easy. The entire staff is very friendly and professional.

Great professional and friendly staff. There is genuine concern for your oral health. Just this morning I had an appointment here and observed as the staff went above and beyond by tending to a toddler and an infant while their mother was at her appointment. Just awesome to see. This dentistry is not on my dental care plans list of dentists, therefore I have to pay out of pocket costs... But the care I receive from them has made me decide to stay, trust them inherently.
